I am experiencing heaviness and a constant headache due to not taking my prescribed cholesterol maintenance medicine. Since starting COQ-10 200 mg, I have not experienced headaches and I hope it will help lower my cholesterol levels.

100 mg is a smaller capsule, making it easier to swallow. I need to take two per day, but as I take my vitamins and medication throughout the day, this isn’t an issue. It seems to work as I no longer experience leg cramps caused by cholesterol-lowering medication.
