Great for toothache and night sweats

I tried the Solgar K2 for a couple of weeks and it stopped my night sweats and toothache. I thought I needed a root canal and then the K2 took all of the swelling out and all of the pain. Thank God, no dentists. I used to have to sleep at the foot of our bed directly under the fan and wearing summer nightgowns all year round to try to control the night sweats. Now I am back at the top of the bed and wearing winter nightgowns like a normal person and the night sweats are GONE. I also had a rash on the side of my face and top of my arms and it is GONE. I sleep longer and better and do not wake up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep anymore. How great is that? My nerves seem to be a lot more calm and I don't worry so much any more. I had calcium built up in my breast bones and when my chest hit the steering wheel in a car crash a piece of calcium broke off into each of my breasts and it was diagnosed as breast cancer stage 4. I hit the road and went straight to Jacksonville FL to get another opinion from Mayo Clinic and thank God they got it right. They said the measurements were too perfect to be breast cancer and ask if I had a trauma to the chest and I told them about the crash. The radiologist and so called breast cancer surgeon only showed me one film. I guess the next time I got a mammogram they would have shown me the other one and said that it spread to the other breast. It was just little pieces of calcium with a sprinkle of calcium around it and it looked just like a mammo of breast cancer. I love Mayo clinic and is it any wonder? I guess all along I needed K2 to maybe remove the calcium from my breast bones and distribute it where it is needed. I had never taken a calcium supplement as I just take magnesium and still I had that built up calcium in my breast bones. Always get a second opinion at Mayo. Believe me it is worth the trip

One of the best natural sources of vitamin K2 comes from an ancient Japanese food called natto.I'm 63 and they say its good for your bones.I've taken it for a while and my bones are just fine. just don't want to have any acks and pains when I get older like so may old people have.I hope this K2 helps

High Solgar Quality

High Solgar quality, as expected. I can't say anything about the effectiveness and essential nature of Vitamin K2, except what I read. It's one of those vitamins that works in the shadows; you don't know it's lacking until you have a problem. But I'm conscious of treating my heart, vascular system, and my bones with respect. So I've started taking Vitamin K2, and I trust Solgar as a source

My husband and I have just recently started using this product. It was recomended to us by a doctor that used to work at M.D.Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. He told us to take it to help protect us against cancer. We have recently changed our eating habbits and welcome any advice to help improve our lives and chances for a long healthier life. We were unable to find this product in a regular store but found it easily at Amazon. We will continue to purchase from Amazon

Contains Milk

It wasn't mentioned anywhere on the Amazon description, but when I got this product, it states on the bottle that it contains milk. If you are allergic to or avoid dairy, please be advised

This is not only a great product but its a great vitamin as well

This is not only a great product but its a great vitamin as well. K2 helps your bones, insulin and a multitude of other things. I developed insulin resistance from hormone imbalances and when the doctor told me to buy some, I thought he was a quack. But he was right. It helps your body utilize insulin and helps your body regulate it. This is great to use if you have diabetes. Also, if you have any bone,calicum problems, this helps your body put calicum back in its place. In your bones and not your arteries. Anyone can benefit from this amazing vitamin. It works for me, it will absolutely work for you

How do you know if a vitamin works? This is not a product that relieves pain or jumps up the energy so it's difficult to say that it works. I do trust the manufacturer and buy their products when I have the chance
