Just what I needed to make Magnesium oil.
Works perfect to make Magnesium oil. Ratio of 1:1 distilled water and magnesium oil. Bring 1 cup water to boil and add 1 cup of the flakes. Melts quickly. Let cool. And use. Like all magnesium oil....it stings/itches a bit after you spray it on your skin. I prefer to swish it in my mouth like in oil pulling but when I do get leg cramps or muscle pain I spray on directly. I make two recipes. So I make 3 cups. I use half for a traditional recipe. The remaining half I adjust by by watering down a bit with more distilled water plus Calendula oil - 1T, few drops lavender essential oil, and coconut oil ~ 2T-4T. I can have some tactile issues sometimes and I dont like the feeling of traditional Magnesium oil on my skin especially if used before going to bed. That's why I like my 2nd recipe better for spraying on my skin. This is a great value! After 3 cups of flakes used I have more than half still left over. What a deal
