BEWARE. These pills made me ill! I experienced diarrhoea and severe depression, and there should have been a warning about aspartate being potentially neurotoxic. This is my second unpleasant experience with a NOW Foods product. Aspartate forms of magnesium should be avoided, particularly when managing anxiety or depression, as they can risk exacerbating these conditions.

Terrible combo product with poor ratios and cheap fillers. Now was once a great value, but their formulations no longer make sense. To get even 25% of my RDA of potassium, I would need to consume half the bottle, which would lead to excessive magnesium intake and cause dehydration from diarrhoea. Overall, it’s a disappointing product.
