I have been searching for a pill organizer like this for some time now. I take a lot of supplements and medications, and the traditional "M, T, W, T, F, S" organizers barely have any room in them and they always pop open if you put them in your purse or bag.
I know a lot of pill organizers are made and marketed to an "older" generation that doesn't need to technically carry their pills around, but I think that's a huge mistake. People are getting healthier, getting more active despite their age, and many people like myself (I'm in my late 20's) often either have pills they will have to take for chronic illnesses or they really enjoy the benefit of various supplements. Unfortunately, it's SO hard to find an organizer that gives you any room at all, especially for a pill the size of a fish oil gelcap, for example. Since I work 5 days a week, I need something to take my pills with me!

Two, the compartments are HUGE and hold plenty of room for everything I need.
Three, even though it's roomy, it's so small and portable. I carry it with no trouble and I don't have to worry about it bulking up my purse.
Four, it's SECURE! I keep mine in my backpack - I work on a college campus, and it's easier on my back to carry an ergonomic backpack, rather than a purse. I keep EVERYTHING in my backpack, including my laptop, mouse, mouse pad, soda bottles, hair brush, mousse, hairspray and my makeup bag, and this pill container has never ONCE opened or even loosened despite all of the items I carry.
I am buying a second as we speak, so that I can carry more vitamins and supplements with me to work. I work long hours and can only take my pills on a full stomach, so having a secure, small, portable pill organizer is essential, and it's been so nice to have!

Since it took me a while to find a pill organizer like this, I wanted to give them the positive feedback that they deserve, because this organizer is so nice to have for people who take multiple medications.
Side note! You can buy labels for your organizer, to put over the compartments, but I chose to just write the names in permanent marker. Whenever I have needed to change the name, I just take a damp rag, wipe the name off the plastic, and relabel it. (If you want to avoid stickers or labels that leave residue if you ever needed to change them out.
