Just ordered this so my stars aren't gonna reflect the product just yet. I've bought similar supplements like this one elsewhere and I've always done the freezer test. I don't know if the test is legit or just some marketing gimmick but the test is to put some pills in a freezer for 24 hrs. to see if the pills come out clear or hazy, if they're clear there have zero to no impurities if hazy they have impurities. I have only used 4 different brands of omega supplements in my life 2 have passed this test and they were the more costly side, and the other 2 not so costly have not, this one has not passed the freezer test so i guess you get what you pay for. Does any know if this is a legit test? *Update* 5/30/19 Freezer test is a gimmick so i guess not ba

It has pros and cons
I liked the price and that it doesn't have a fish taste when you burp it , it's only minimal but this is the first time I use it . So many people don't know that omegas help tremendously when you have a headache allergies or stress and you name it , I take 3 and after 20 minutes headache is gone . Well, I had a headache yesterday and it was most likely allergies so I took 3 of my new omegas and nothing a few hours later I was in pain like idk why so I took 2 more along with vitamin C and nothing . I refuse to take pain medication because omegas help me deal with a lot of issues, anyway I decided to take one of another brand which I forgot I had and after 20 minutes my headache was gone . My conclusion; these are not as good or strong as they are supposed to .. for the price I really was hoping they were good but I'm sorry they just didn't cut it for me :

Great product for thinning hair help.
Order them every month. It has helped with my hair growth mostly by 1/4 inch extra a month and loss very well combined with biotin 1,000 and a vitamin B supplement

if I took the recommended daily dose
Unfortunately, if I took the recommended daily dose, I ended up with major stomach cramps and many trips to the bathroom. Taking 2 reduced the issue some, but I would recommend maybe taking one in the morning and one in the afternoon

Unexpected Benefit
I purchased this for my diabetic dog because I heard that it could help improve her itching and allergies. What I didn't expect is that it lowered her sugar! After several "low sugar" scares, my vet and I figured out that the Omega 3s were actually improving her diabetes. She went from 27 units to 20 of insulin after about 4 weeks of Omega use. Who knew?

Yum Oils
There's nothing I can tell you more than the numerous studies about the benefits of substances contained within these oils, substances which improve neurologic, dermatologic, and cardiac health for starters. The price is nice, the oils are nice...maybe one might even call them a nice name now and then, like "Oily", and pet the cap a little. I personally don't know anyone who does this--definitely not me--but I would understand if they did

Great value on a quality Puritan's Pride (Triple Omega 3-6-9 Fish, Flax, and Borage Oils) supplement
I've trusted Puritan's Pride supplements since the 1990's. When I discovered they had an Amazon outlet, I was pretty happy. Makes buying their products more convenient. I am particularly fond of their Triple Omega 3-6-9 Fish, Flax, and Borage Oils. Puritan's Pride consistently offers highly purified Fish Oil, which I demand in any fish-based supplement. The package and product was identical to what they sell through their mail-order shop and the price was great! I just wish they would be consistent in posting images of the Back Label information on their Amazon product pages. I will definitely be shopping the Puritan's pride store again

They help
Capsules and container seem of high quality. Been using them for over a month without noticing any fishy after taste. I was advised to take omega 3 fish oil for my eyes. If they help my eyes, I can't tell, but diffidently help joint pain I was experiencing throughout my body, pain not gone mind you but less. Reduced Mobic from one a day to half pill per day. Maybe even improved cognition, looking through recent entries in check book I notice fewer mistakes and more legible entries
