This organizer is perfect for my 86yo grandmother. It is easy to open, but not so easy that all of them open and pills go everywhere. It is thick and seems very durable. Read More...I have always taken a few vitamins and supplements, but now that I'm a senior I need to add daily meds too. I needed a weekly pill box that could hold a dozen various sized pills. I had weekly ones before which were good for travel, and a 4 week pack for day to day usage. This one has both! The four week container holds 4 individual weekly containers in a well designed plastic carrier. The lids fit tightly and the printing is very clear. If I go on a trip, I can just take the individual ones with me for however long I need to be gone. The pill lids in previous containers would sometime pop open in luggage or backpack, making a time consuming mess. I had to use strategically placed rubber bands to keep them closed. No such issues with this set. Even filling the boxes is easier as the lids stay open during filling. Other ones would partially close which was a pain. It's hard to be excited about something as mundane as a pill box, but when it's the best one you've ever had after 30 years (and when you're a senior) it's the little things that most impress you. Read More...I take 9 pills daily, and this organizer fits the bill just fine. There are 4 individual weekly strips that fit into a larger securely latched case. Other organizers I have had in the past had a tendency to pop open on their own after some use. I haven't had this long enough for that to happen yet(if it will), but keeping the strips in the outer case will avoid any pills spilling. In case the daily laser printed labels should fade with use, they have included a sheet of stickers to use for re-labeling. This item seems to be well worth the money
