These pills work better than any laxative I've ever taken, But the instructions are to take 4 pills a day. I did this originally, and it made me very ill. Please only start with taking one a day, and see if you might need to work your way to more. One a day for me is good, but I can't do it every day or I'll become ill again. They are very very strong

Read More...It reduced my bloating for sure. As for the cleanse; it did soften my stool, but it didn't create the miracle I was looking for. I was hoping to get a go0od flush-out from it, so i could "start a-new with my healthier diet", but I didn't quite get that. I do feel better than prior to taking it ( diet also helps), which is good, but I don't think I will be trying this product again. One attempt with it was enough to see that it wasn't a good alternative to a real laxative, despite it being "natural"
