I bought this for my dog who suffers from severe environmental and food allergies. Initially, I wasn't certain if it was working; however, after running out, I noticed her scratching uncontrollably. I found an extra capsule and she improved a bit after taking it. This is the first product that made a difference without making her ill, unlike other allergy medicines. I should have known about this supplement sooner. The Amazon brand is cheap and effective.

Great anti-histamine. I got this supplement to try to stop my allergy medications. I wasn't convinced a supplement could alleviate my severe allergy symptoms (I get hives when anything or anyone touches my skin). Surprisingly, this does help suppress histamine response. I'm glad to be off Claritin and using something natural. Although I'm not certain of its other benefits, it certainly relieves allergy symptoms.
