Of all the Bath & Bodyworks scents, the Lavendar and Vanilla scent from their Aromatherapy line of products is my favorite, from the lotion to the body wash, pillow mist and body splash. I'm highly skeptical of the marketing, how the scent will soothe and relax you so much that a good night's sleep is practically ensured. (As so will lying in a hammock on a sunny day with a mild breeze and little humidity.) But it is a really nice scent--fresh, clean, a bit perfume-like but not strong or overpowering. Even my 3-yr-old great-nephew commented on it. After I'd bathed, etc., he settled in my bed so we could watch one of his favorite movies before bedtime. He surprised me, when he came in and climbed on my bed and said, "You smell pretty." A ringing endorsement indeed :)
My only criticism isn't so much a criticism as a caution. Unless there isn't a Bath & Bodyworks near you, by the time you add in the taxes and shipping (I'm a Prime member but this product isn't), you'll have spent an extra $10-$15, money you could have spent on other B&B products. Plus, in-store, there's often a 2-for-1 deal, so you don't save any money ordering these particular products online. So why pay extra when you don't have to
