Read More...I should have listened to the small amount of 1 star reviewers. These are cheap and small. Price needs to be lowered or product revised and made with better plastic caps and bigger size. I just opened these after getting delivered same day. when i took them out the box i could not open all 4 bottles. i managed to open the one with the instructions and closed it back. " bad move" i could not get it back opened. i followed the instructions to use the counter clockwise method and all that did was immediately strip the plastic tops. now they are closed for good. no matter what you try you will not get them open. i also ordered a white set and they are also hard to open but i managed to get them all open. I'm afraid to tightened them because if i do they will end up like the others. I am requesting a return to give it one more try. I doubt we end up keeping them though. Probably will be shipping them back with food locked in them LBVS. They are not even Worth $5 if you cant even use them. Need to be discontinued and revised
Read More...I really like these containers. I work out over lunch break at work, and I used to bring my protein powder in a sandwich bag, which was irritating since it was difficult to not spill powder while filling and dumping it into my drink at work. I also had wanted a way to bring pre-workout in individual servings and not have to bring the large container with me. This works perfectly for that purpose, I can bring my pre-workout, creatine, protein powder, and even mass gainer. As a side note, the large container is the exact size of 1 scoop of Musclepharm mass gainer, the next smallest size is the same as the Musclepharm protein powder, and the 2 smallest containers work great for a few scoops of creatine and pre-workout fitting in. However, one complaint is opening the containers. 90% of the time, they work perfectly, but 10% of the time one will become stuck closed very tightly. Keep in mind, I tend to very loosely screw the caps on, and yet some-how one of them will manage to become very stuck, resulting in it being extremely difficult to open. I'm not sure why this happens, especially with loosely screwing the cap on, and these aren't being bounced around in a bag either. Interestingly enough it tends to happen to the smaller containers more often, leaving less area to grab while forcefully trying to unscrew the cap. I deducted 1 star for this, since on occasion, it almost requires a small flat head screwdriver to pop the cap off
Read More...I bought this to use for my daughter's snacks in my diaper bag. I was worried it would be too small but I actually really like the size. It doesn't take up too much room in my bag but it still holds a good amount. I prefer this size over the Skip Hop snack tower for everyday use. This plus a baby food pouch is all I need to keep her happy. You can see it packed in my Miss Fong diaper bag. Also, some of the pictures keeps uploading sideways. I'm not sure how to fix that. Sorry
Read More...Pros: The smallest compartment is perfect for very small tablets (like my vitamin D), the next two are perfectly sized for small/medium to large/medium capsules and the last compartment is great for those large horse sized pills. I love how you can separate them and each will still have it's own lid rather than depending on the compartment on top to keep it sealed. The clear plastic is attractive and has the look of glass. Easy to open and close. Cons: Though the clear, see through plastic is a nice option, it also means I have to protect my tablets from the natural light that comes in to keep them from degrading. As nice as the clear is, a darkly tinted transparent plastic would probably work better to give both visibility, plus some protection. Many vitamins and powders can degrade with exposure to light. However I am pretty pleased with it otherwise and currently try to cover it with a tea cozy if I have it out on my desk
Read More...I have been looking for a snack keeper for my toddler. I have bought quite a few actually, but this is my favorite so far. I bought the starter pack,and I like it too much that I bought another 150 cc. I will buy the other sizes as well. It is pretty easy to use that even my toddler can do it by himself. I like that it is stackable and plenty of space to put snacks and treats actually. I can put them in my bag, for just a regular day out or for a trip. This will also be good in a lunch box that's for sure. It can hold water, but make sure that you lock it tight, then the water won't spill. If it's not properly locked, the water spills a little if you shake it. My son likes that it even has a holder/carrier. I'm very happy with this and it works well with our road tri
Read More...I bought this so that I could use it to store and transport my supplements and daily vitamins for when I am out of the house. I had bought the 4 pack starter kit and had also bought the package with the blender bottle at my local vitamin store. I typically tend to store ONLY pills and powders because these plastic containers don't seem to have a seal or anything like that on the lid. Overall I love this product. It allows me to remove containers that I do not want or add more depending on what I'm taking for the week
Read More...4 stars just because sometimes the lids are super hard to take off due to particles like supplement powders, all that is needed when this happens is to use another bottle above the lid and reverse it to catch the bottom of bottle with lid and back it off at that point.... It states this in the directions and is certianly needed at times... Note that these are smaller than the pro staks that fit the bottom of the blender bottles.... These are gostaks. Smaller.... Read More...I bought these just in time not realizing my husband was going to end up in the hospital for several days just before Memorial day weekend when life was already hectic enough then it was compounded by the extra stress of his illness. This GoStak starter pack was IDEAL for our situation! The largest size holds 2 scoops of Vegansmart or other nutritional shake powder with just enough room left that I was able to stack sodium ascorbate on top (leading cardiologists now refer to some instances of heart disease as "scurvy of the heart".). The smallest size housed my digestive enzymes - wobezym N and Fibrenza (I alternate which ones I use for best results!) The other two cups held a weeks worth of my supplements so I didn't have to reload daily. The only compartment I had to refill was the bottom largest container, 150CC, for the nutritional shake. I bought another batch so even this became less of a chore since I was spending most of my waking hours (and sleeping hours) at the hospital (as one of my docs says, "If you're walking and your talking you have no business being in the hospital, hospitals KILL!") I love my Go Stak so much that we're buying several more so we can better organize our supplements both at home and on the go. The starter set seems to be the best value overall. It comes with 1 each of 40 cc, 60 cc, 100 cc and 150 cc. The 150 cc would be ideal for baby carrots or celery sticks. The 100 cc maybe for ranch dip or peanut butter. Raisins or craisins fill the 60 cc unit perfectly and a handful of pills fits neatly into the 40 cc container. They all mix and match together, interlocking easily in whichever order you prefer. Even if you buy several different colors the lids and the top white loop are all interchangeable. I LOVE the white loop, I can carry 3 or 4 of the Better Bottles and this stack together in one hand along with mail and still have a free hand to open doors or use a key. I LOVE these, I can't say it enough it was a wise purchase and I definitely plan to buy more of them in the future
Read More...I teach 17 yoga classes a week, needless to say I'm always on the go and need healthy food with me to sustain me between classes. I bought (on another website) a 2 pck of the largest ones ( 150 ccs I think) to add to the starter pack. I LOVE these, it keeps everything together, no more 5 different containers on my front seat! I use the 2 small ones included in the starter kit for vitamins/supplements and my daily meds. I use the next largest size for almonds, and the other 3 larger ones (I ordered 2 additional ones) for - carrot sticks in one, half a lemon in one, 2 hard-boiled eggs in another. The best part is if I am done with something I unscrew it and leave that section in my car ( as I empty them on my way from one studio to the next the stack in my car stays together and the stack not yet consumed and traveling with me gets smaller) . Also.on weekends I can unscrew the two small ones and pop in my purse to keep vitamins/meds with me. The entire starter kit fits perfectly in my medium size purse, barely taking up any room. The portion control aspect is especially valuable if you need help with that. Everyone that has seen this has gotten excited about it ! As much as it seems gimicky , it really is excellent for portion control,portability,tidyness, I am so happy with these!
