Glutamine, first thing in the morning! Each morning, I mix a tablespoon of this powder in water and drink it quickly. Now in my mid-40s, it greatly energises me and alleviates my aches and pains. I have lower back issues, and if I stop taking this, the pain intensifies each time. It’s also beneficial after surgeries for healthy recovery and bolstering immunity. I recommend it as a "first step" toward better health, alongside a balanced diet, for better nutrient absorption.

I highly recommend it to anyone with leaky gut or ulcers, as well as those who exercise regularly. Just mix it with water; it dissolves completely. It aids recovery and helps prevent illness if that's a concern. Glutamine levels decrease with regular activity, and without supplementation, you're at risk of deficiency. This particular brand is very high quality, though I haven't tried others. Everyone should include it in their regular supplementation; it's cheap, effective, and lasts longer than expected.
