Everyone should have this. Glutamine is the real deal. It's tasteless, great for gut health and the immune system. Unlike many fads, Glutamine is proven effective. I highly recommend it to anyone with leaky gut or ulcers, as well as those who exercise regularly. Just mix it with water; it dissolves completely. It aids recovery and helps prevent illness if that's a concern. Glutamine levels decrease with regular activity, and without supplementation, you're at risk of deficiency. This particular brand is very high quality, though I haven't tried others. Everyone should include it in their regular supplementation; it's cheap, effective, and lasts longer than expected.
