Sea buckthorn oil improves vaginal healthEffects of sea buckthorn oil intake on vaginal atrophy in postmenopausal women: a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study.
We investigated the effect of sea buckthorn (SB) oil on vaginal atrophy in postmenopausal women. In a well-structured randomized, double-blind study with 116 participants, women consumed either SB oil or a placebo for three months. Our findings showed significant improvements in vaginal health among those taking SB oil, particularly in the integrity of the vaginal epithelium.
These results suggest that sea buckthorn may serve as a valuable alternative for women unable to use estrogen therapy for vaginal atrophy symptoms.

This was a game changer for me. I exercise and take care of myself. I was shocked when I went through menopause at age 48 and began to experience dryness. Now, at 61, it felt unappetising. My gynecologist prescribed vaginal inserts which were not very effective. Eventually, I was in pain during exams and felt cheated in my marriage. I researched and found Membrasin, but it was expensive in blister packs. I then tried Sea Buckthorn Oil, which contains similar ingredients, including Omega 7. In the first week, I noticed improvements; it was not the same as when I was younger, but my condition improved. After two months of taking it, I feel physically and mentally better. Definitely worth the price, and I'm reordering today.
