I have been using this work out supplement for 10 years and I keeps working. Focus and pump are great at the gym. The tingly feeling your arms and body get if you aren't pushing hard enough. It has a very similar fake flavor to almost anything you would get on the market but in no way is it bad. Until this stops working for me I will continue to use it because I think it's an excellent product

I have been only using this for two weeks, but I feel more of a kick with this then I do the regular C4 pre-workout. I started having major breathing issues including sleep apnea symptoms, and I couldnt figure out why. I bought a humidifier an air filter breathing strips and did everything I could think of to fix the issue. A couple hundred dollars later and I realized that it was the preworkout. I'm 38 and apparently I'm just too old to take this stuff without danger of doing damage to my body. Don't normally do C4 as I had been taking Nitraflex and other prewprkouts but the fact that this was a thermogenic preworkout of its kind, I wanted to try it out with a fat burner since I was getting ready for my friend's wedding. I absolutely love the flavors and will say they are the best of the C4 family. Raspberry lemonade is so good! I will never get sick of it. I also like that it's creative free so there's no bloat whatsoever, it's light on the caffeine side so I am able to take fat burners with it.
