Love this product, but I'm Reconsidering buying online..

I've purchased these packets a few times on Amazon and every time I get a few that are compromised or are hard as rocks. Is there a way for the manufacturers to do a better job of evaluating these packets? I love this product, my daughter has to take a probiotic on a daily basis and I feel like I'm throwing money down the drain by having to throw out these packets and purchase another box. I'm hoping the company gets this, because I love the product, I just think it's wasteful and I'm disappointed that this is probably the fourth time this has happened

Grossly mislabeled packaging! Contains hidden ingredients.

I bought this product because it claimed to only contain 2 "other" ingredients: prebiotics and xylitol. However, once I opened the outer packaging, the actual powder sachets stated entirely different list of ingredients, including the ones I was purposely trying to avoid: silicon dioxide, sucrose, maltodextrin and sodium ascorbate!!! What an outrageous deception! I really hope this company gets sued for this. Wandering what else they are willing to lie about... I would never trust this brand again

Box in rough shape, possible salmonella poisoning

Unboxed this on Wednesday, gave a dose on Wednesday and Thursday. My one year old contracted Salmonella poisoning early Friday afternoon. Not 100% sure it came from this, but considering she eats what my family of 5 eats and no one else was sick, I'm backtracking as to what else it may be

May contain wheat…

I was really excited to try this product, but when it came I happened to glance at the "other ingredients" and they include xylitol (corn or wheat). This was not marked clearly in the description. It is printed on the box, but in very small writing in only one of the images provided. My child cannot have wheat and so we cannot take the chance of giving this to him even though it may or may not contain wheat. Since wheat is a common allergen, I felt this ingredient should be more clearly labeled. I was disappointed and am hesitant to buy Culturelle products in the future. Unfortunately, we missed the return window, but we wanted to make sure to let other buyers know that this product contains wheat so that they do not make the same mistake

Happy Baby Tummy

There are many factors that influence a baby's development, but I feel one of the most important and commonly overlooked is digestive health. Like adults, a baby needs their microbiome taken care of and protected. I like Culturelle products because the brand uses only the most trusted and natural ingredients. Grow and Thrive has a combination of Lactobacillus rhamnousus GG and Bifidobacterium animalis. From what I understand... these two substances work together to promote healthy development of a baby's immune system, and ensures a healthy stomach. Additionally, the product works to help babies build strong bones due to the inclusion of vitamin D. I mix the contents with milk to help sooth my son.... Since birth, he has had tummy issues where I tried everything to ease his pain. Probiotics have helped ease his gas and tummy issues

What form of Vitamin D

I like this product but do not like the addition of vitamin D without knowing what form of vitamin D (D2 or D3). In this day and age, it's not acceptable to leave out important information like that on the item description page. Aside from the single criticism, lactobacillus has been found beneficial in several studies and this small amount is well sized for young children

Multi-Use

By now, we all know the benefit of taking probiotics and prebiotics. It's hard to have a healthy gut in our culture and society, without giving it a little help. Since most people don't give their baby fermented foods, this is a great way to introduce good bacteria for a healthy digestive system. I tested this both on a toddler and, don't laugh, my dog. Those of us with four-legged children know that often baby products are appropriate for their smaller size, such as baby Benadryl. And here's the even funnier part... BOTH experienced better stools! I'm laughing as I'm typing, but it's true
