# My Review This review is for Doctor's Best Coq10 Gummies 200 Mg. As someone who uses supplements & vitamins on a daily basis, I'm always curious to try new options and see what benefits these will bring to my overall well-being. I've been taking CoQ10 for a number of years from different brands and at a higher dosage so understand it's benefits and how it works for me. You should always consult your doctor before taking any new supplements & vitamins and should stop taking if you feel any adverse reaction after its use. Make sure to read the labels carefully and only take the recommended amounts suitable for your situation. That said, research shows that CoQ10 is an antioxidant, improves performance, heart health, reduces stress and supports a better immune system. Each gummy has a much lower dose than what I normally take, so the verdict is still out as I've been using these for a few days now and still waiting to see whether there's any comparison to how I normally feel after taking them. First of all, the bottle is well labelled with the descriptions, ingredients and nutritional facts clearly detailed. The gummies are well protected in the bottle; there's an outer plastic sealed wrapper over the lid that you need to cut open as a first layer of defense. Secondly, after screwing off the lid, there's a seal over the opening to prevent tampering and to keep the gummies fresh. It's a nice reassurance that you're getting a good quality product. So far, I'm satisfied with these gummies! I'm not used to taking gummies as a supplement and normally associate this with children's vitamins; however, these have a nice mango taste profile that's not too sweet and different to the usual berry offering. Each bottle comes with 60 capsules that's up to 1-month supply (recommended daily dose - 2 daily). The gummies are a good size at around an inch, orange in color, heart shaped, and not too hard to chew. There's a clean mango after taste that's pleasant with no nasty burp-up! I'm hopeful that these provide the benefits described and make my health and lifestyle better over time â€" watch this space! Overall, these are reasonably priced supplements that are easy to take. Denser Gummies are tasty

We have tried several CoQ10 gummies with varying results, I can't verify true strength but this one seems most stable and less likely to melt. I suspect the dose is also consistent with the label. Favored over Nutrition Now and Vitafusion

Full of sugar, like candy

If you want your vitamins to be candy, these are for you! If you are trying to cut back on sugar, don't buy these. There are other yummy CoQ10 gummies that taste good and aren't full of candy-levels of sugar

Yay, they're chewable, so swallowing is not an issue & I do have trouble swallowing pills

The taste was fine & the gummies did not stick together like other gummies I have ordered. And they're in a cute little heart shape. This was my first experience with this brand, so I will look to them again for other gummies. The only reason I gave 4 stars vs. 5 on value for money is that I don't have very much experience so far with gummies

Flavor is Odd

I purchased this product because I was out of my regular brand and needed it ASAP. The taste was a bit odd to me, so I only used it until I was able to purchase my regular brand. I will keep it and use it for emergency purposes only. On the positive side, I liked the ingredients, which is why I purchased it in the first place

Great flavor! A bit pricey.

I love the flavor of these and appreciate the convenience of a gummy over a capsule/tablet. They are on the sweet side, though. You're paying $20 for a bottle that will last just one month, so it's a bit pricey, in my opinion. I know this is probably the average price with other brands, but with all the other supplements I'm taking, I don't want to pay that much a month for just one. I have no complaints about these otherwise

Good taste and texture.

The taste and texture is very good. I know that I should be taking CoQ10 because my level was low on a blood test. I haven't been retested, so I don't know if it works. Chewables are much more enjoyable way to take supplements, but usually more expensive the other forms. I like Doctor's Best brand, which seems to be good quality. Once I tried another brand and the smell was so foul I returned it. Doctor's Best smells good and tastes good
