I love this product and I normally buy it from Whole Foods. I love shopping on Amazon and decided to have it shipped for convenience. The package arrived with no insulation. The Bio K was warm, proper refrigeration is critical for this type of probiotic so I couldn't use it

Incredible, incredible product.

It's the only probiotic I've ever used that did anything for me. Chronic sufferers of IBS for 12 years and this stuff cured me. It's not cheap and shouldn't be. This is a class above the rest in every aspect. Works instantly. Cured food poisoning for me on several occasions as well as minor colds and flus. Absolute essential in my household. If you're picky about flavor, get the strawberry or mango. I always go rice, but it's not for everyone

Great product, questionable shipping

i bought 4 of these because the prior reviewer had stated that they came ice packed.. Unfortunately even though I bought four boxes the shipper only used one ice pack to keep four cases cool for a shipment to Southern California.. When they arrived the single ice pack was completely warm and the product was warm too... It was 85 degrees out, but that is pretty typical for SoCal.. I can get these for literally the same price at whole foods right down the street and I don't have to worry about the shipper using enough ice... Not sure I would buy this from Amazon unless I made prior arrangements with the shipper to insure they arrive chilled as the product degrades when not chilled.... I do however FULLY recommend bio-k as a product, it is probably the best probiotic on the market and I have used it as needed for about 7 years

Good product, bad shipping!

The product itself is good. It tastes ok, nothing to bad at all. It kind of tastes like mango yogurt. It's good if you're lactose intolerant because it's soy based.The issue was with the packaging. I ordered 4 boxes and it came with only 1 ice pack, which was warm when I opened the box. I got my money back with no problems, but was very disappointed that it was unusable. Whole Foods carries this in their stores, so I went and got some there

Tangy

I am very satisfied with this product. It was delivered in an insulated package with ice for freshness. The texture is very smooth and easy to drink. It has a mild tangy flavor. I ordered one box and that is a six day supply (1/2 bottle am and pm). However, I was told that the normal course is 10 days, so I'm not sure why it's packaged with only 6 bottles. I did experience any negative side effects. And although it is difficult to evaluate this, I think it's been helpful for digestion. (If I decide I want to take this treatment again in the future, I will order 2 boxes and take it for 12 days.

Regulating everything. Yay!

This is TMI but I'm sharing with hopes to help someone out there like me who has tried everything in the sun, to no avail. My problem is my belly. I'm always bloated. But the thing I really wanted help with is solid bowel movements. I wipe & wipe & wipe until I am so sore it hurts. There isn't anything that's consistently solved this problem until Bio-K . I take 1/2 of the original flavor at my first meal of the day. That's it. And I have had solid bowel movements. Everything else causes the opposite to happen. I just wish this stuff wasn't so expensive

Helped Cure Antibiotic Symptoms

An amazing probiotic that immediately cured my stomach aches and other digestive issues while I was taking antibiotics for a whole week. I don't think this product is overpriced, considering how efficient it is. There are many different brands of refrigerated probiotics that cost $10-$15 more than these. I took half a bottle, 2x a day during and post antibiotic treatment. But, the bottle says you can have 1/4 of the bottle for 1 serving a day

Bio-K Plus Probiotic

This my favorite probiotic hands down. Its a little hard to find locally. Bio K Plus is the only proven pharmaceutical grade probiotic sold here in America. I have gotten the mango flavor and it is quite good. When ever I am in need of probiotics fast, this is what I use. When this is not availale I use Keifer by Lifeway it works well also but you just don't know exactly how many live cultures you are getting

Miracle in a tiny container

These are little miracle workers! I have issues with my stomach and struggle a bit. These are my go-to for any issues from food poisoning to heart-burn. They're amazing and work quickly. I found them when we ended up in a Whole Foods desperate for something to help my husbands horrible stomach pain and diarrhea. The lady told us Bio-K shots and charcoal pills. She was right on. He started getting relief quickly and took one a day for that entire week and it helped tremendously. Since then I keep them around the house. I try to take 2 a week when I'm not having an issue. When I am I take one a day for a week to get me squared away. These are AMAZING!! The next time you're having stomach issues give them a try, or just keep them around for better gut health. By the way, the mango flavor is my favorite. None of them taste awesome but you use them for the benefits not the taste. It's worth getting past the taste though as they're that helpful!
