So I got this product on a Friday, and I have used it all weekend, and wanted to let you know my experience with using it. First, I stopped using my other 'hot flash' medicine (Amberin) to give this a try. It worked, but not as well as the Amberin. While I can honestly say I did not have hot flashes, I did have warm flashes, and woke up a lot to throw off the covers, then pull them back on. However, there was no awful sweating involved, which is good. Second, I do believe that it did have a hand in my mood. My husband had the flu this weekend, which is enough to send anyone into a rage. He asked for a bell to ring to be able to summon me. I kid you not. Don't worry, he is still alive. I was able to take it all in stride. Usually that would set me off in a really bad mood for a really long time. I just told him 'nope' and walked away. The 'Man Flu' is real. I dealt with it. This stuff works for moods. As far as anything else, I like the fact that there are no contraindications with any other drugs, because I take a crap-ton of meds for other things. I have chronic migraines and I have had shingles too many times to count, so the fact that I don't have to worry about this messing with my other meds is great. I also think that this kind of helped boost my energy levels, because I did not feel the need to take a nap on any day that I took this, which surprised me. Usually I can nap at the drop of a hat. I use a lot of the Zhou products because I believe they work and are fairly priced and I now have my husband using your products as well, so we are now firmly ensconced into the Zhou family

Great for night sweats

Decided to try this for terrible night sweats I was having, after about four days they lessened and they were completely gone after a week! The pills are huge but haven't been difficult to swallow, I take one at dinner since it instructs to take it with food. Great value for the money and it really works

I thought I'd give this Evening Primrose a try to see if it would help relieve perimenopause symptoms of hot flashes and (really ridiculous) hormone imbalances. It definitely has, and amazingly well. I bought it a little over a month ago and wanted to take time to see how it helped, before I posted a review. Have to say that I am VERY pleased and will continue to use this product. ONLY Primrose Oil Pills I trust!

Amazing! Having been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in my late 20s..that came with many changes to my body! One of them being night sweats. I thought it was my hormones, but all my lab work came back normal from the Dr. I got these bc I heard it was amazing for the skin..but taking them orally vs. using them just for topical use; has done wonders for me! Still on the first bottle and I bought them awhile ago. Bought a 2nd bottle just bc they work so well! I don't want to have to skip a day. Also, I see major improvement to my skin and nails. *Yes they are HUGE, but my tip is drink water or something before trying to swallow this. Then after swallowing pill, drink more water to wash it down. This way the size of the pill won't even be a problem. And I have a narrow throat as well and typically go through a bottle of water with my morning vitamins.

Great for skin

I've been taking for about a month now and I have to say my skin feels more hydrated, softer. As far as anything else goes its too early to tell but I know I can say, without a doubt, that my skin feels better. I've also poked a hole in one and put on my scalp. I've done that a few times, to soften my scalp and hair

It helps me

I bought this vitamin bc I have this weird burning sensation under my right breast sometimes. I went online and many women said to use Primrose. I bought it and it has basically stopped the burning. It works for me. Incidentally, many of the women online said that they went to drs and got tests done and the drs. had no explanation for why it was happening but someone said to take primrose and it has worked for me. These vitamins were good price, came fast, good condition

Helps PMS cramps

Honestly I do feel as though they help with PMS symptoms especially cramping. I also used to have a lot of bad back pain right around that time ever since I had my epidural. I still have some pain but not like before. I also started taking them originally for vanity purposes since these are supposed to delay the aging process lol

I have been on primrose evening oil for a while per recommendation from my doctor. I stopped taking it and decided to resume back because I felt something missing in my body. I started with Nature Plus Ultra EPO, it is good, but priced way too high, so as I searched for other equally great product at a reasonable price, I came across this. I decided to try it based on the reviews, and I haven't regretted. It is as effective and as quality as the latter, but priced very low, which makes it very affordable to buy and continue using it.
