I 'be been using Echinechia or Echinechia and Goldenseal formula drops for years.. I like the "no alcohol "..because, they don't burn... This brand is great quality. The moment I feel any sickness coming on..cold, sore throat, any sign of symptoms...I start my drop routine..I fill dropper pretty full and squirt in mouth every 2 to 3 hours....this regimen is important with the onset of symptoms.. I don't count drops .....just squeeze the dropper up I NEVER GET A COLD OR FLU... NEVER!!!. I'm sure everyone's immune system is different but they have been proven to actually resist colds and flus.

MELTED RUBBER INSIDE THE PRODUCT

Thick black substance was inside the product. It felt like melted black rubber. I contacted Gaia about this a month ago and never heard anything back. And they never responded. I don't recommend this

AMAZING!!

I ordered this stuff because it's getting to be cold & flu season pretty soon and I'm looking for natural, effective ways to prevent or get rid of colds. The SECOND one of me or my friends is feeling sick we just take a couple tinctures full of this. I swear it works. Ive had many little colds coming on and this stuff kicks it's arse lol. My favorite way to take it is to put it my tea so I don't taste it. It doesn't taste bad, it's just a very earthy taste. Always a good thing to have around the house. (((

I believe this would have worked for my cold, but after I began taking it, I realized my eyes were extra watery and read that if you are allergic to ragweed, you shouldn't take echinacea. So needless to say, I had to stop taking it

Great remedy for colds!

As soon as I see that my kids (2 and 4) are getting a runny nose, I give them half the recommended dose of this up to 3 times a day and since I've started doing this their sickness 99% of the time never lasts more than a few days and never progresses past a runny nose! Love this stuff! I would much rather give this to my kids than a bunch of medicine with artificial sweeteners, dyes and ingredients. After seeing how well it worked for the kids now everyone in the family takes it at first sign of a cold

Works great for colds!!

If you get a cold, I swear by this stuff. Put 2 dropper fulls into a cup of water and drink it down. Do this a couple times a day and you will be feeling better in no time. I usually do this on an empty stomach if possible -- first thing in the morning. I can't say enough good things about this stuff
