I bought these because after having an IUD that gave me recurrent BV, I needed something to help get my vagina back on track! I would get BV, then get a Yeast Infection from the BV meds, and the Yeast Infection meds would cause a UTI and the vicious cycle would repeat! ðŸ-£ï¸ Holding my vagina void of joy ðŸ¤£! I bought the shelf-stable ones so I wouldn't have to worry about carrying around an ice pack when I travel. I love the results! Amazon has been the cheapest place to find these; I typically take one pill a day but just recently took two at once when I missed a dose and I (and my discharge) feel a lil more in balance! We'll see if I stick to the two pills daily or go back to once daily! Update: I liked the 2-pill results better, but that wasn't wallet-friendly, so I just started Ultimate Flora at 90 billion cfus (the shelf stable one) at one pill per day. I'm a couple days in and if nothing changes, I'll go back to Garden of Life and have to figure something out so I can continue using them. Update-Update: I switched to Ultimate Flora at 90 billion cfus (the shelf stable one). I needed a bigger dosage considering the issues I was having, but the Garden of Life 50 bil. wouldn't be bad for a person starting out on probiotics to see what their body likes/needs

NOT as effective as they used to be.

I've suffered from chronic BV for over 2 years now. I've been to the doctor numerous times and have been prescribed every antibiotic and cream imaginable, but the BV would always come right back! After only 2 days of taking these, the fishy odor and itch were completely gone. I've been taking these pills for almost 2 months now and the symptoms have not returned. I am FINALLY cured! **Update: July 2020** I started using these again due to a repeated yeast infection I've had for over 4 months, and BV. The first thing I noticed was that the pills are A LOT smaller than what they used to be, so right away I wondered if they would still be as effective. I've been using them for two weeks now and they seemed to have stopped my yeast infection and BV after only about 3 days. However, I had protected sex last night with a new partner and was COMPLETELY mortified because I had a loud, fishy smelling odor! I've never been more embarrassed in my life. The smell had apparently came back and I didn't notice until it was too late. (Sex causes the smell to be more pungent.) I'm so disappointed. DO NOT buy these for BV, only yeast infections

Feminine Odor Gone

Can't say enough good things! For most of my life, I never had issues with feminine bad odor. One day, someone told me about douching and how it keeps it healthy (if it ain't broke, don't fix it!). So I experimented. Ever since, I couldn't seem to go back to normal. And this has been going on since my early 20s (in my 30s now). I even got tested for any and all infections. This changed my life and started working in just a few hours!!!!

I want to start by saying ...this is a game changer! I read all the reviews and prayed it would work for me too... and it did!!! I am 46 years old and in the worst part of menopause ...hot flashes , night sweats ...miserable ! Then... I start itching ...uncontrollably ! Literally can't live without them

I have taken these for years - not always regularly. That's how I know they work, though. I am pretty susceptible to yeast infections, and I hate going on antibiotics for them - I finally discovered these keep me healthy and started taking them. Sometimes I run out, or just think to myself that my flora must be OK by now, right? (I mean - I eat *a lot* of greens, and avoid sugar) But no, I must somehow deplete my flora anyway, because if I stop taking these for too long I'm basically sentencing myself to yeast infections. By the by: I also discovered that "The Honey Pot Herbal 7 Day Suppositories" are pretty good at limiting progression until I get back on these, so I stock those as well, just in case. Between these two, I'm medication free regarding yeast infections

Cured My BV!!!!!

After years of the constant battle with bv/yi i found something that has WORKED and is continuing to work to keep my bv GONE and my flora in pristine condition. NO MORE ODOR!!!

When I was younger I never had issues with vaginal odor but of course, at the guidance of a young friend, I decided to start douching because I thought it would help maintain freshness. Needless to say, all it did was screw up my vaginal health which has been an issues for years now! I got tested for STDs thinking that might have been the cause but came back completely clean. Switched to cotton underwear as recommended by my gynecologist. Nothing seemed to work. Consistency Will Rid Your Yeast Infections

I have been using this product since February 2021. I was suffering from constant yeast infections every month for several months. I did everything from cleansing down there everyday, took a shower twice a day if possible, made sure I aired out before putting clothes on, would change feminine products more often than usual, and would still end up with a yeast infection. The perfect xmas stocking stuffer

Holy cow, these are magic vagina pills. My roommate said she'd been taking vaginal probiotics with great results (less yeast infections after her period, more lubrication, etc), but given I already take 50bil cfu probiotics for gut health, I thought it was hoopla. Until now. Over the past several months, when I start sweating even a little, everything smells. I would walk from my car to work, and get a whiff of myself. After working out or running with friends, I'd be too embarassed to hang around. I could shower before bed, and still need to shower when I get up. I carried extra deo, underwear, and feminine wipes in my purse, gym bag, desk, work backpack. You get the idea. With summer here I was begrudgingly prepared to keep this routine. These probiotics completely solved my yeast infection problem. I've been struggling with recurring yeast infections for the past decade, and nothing my doctor prescribed or advised made a long-term difference.
