Top notch! This quality product works as intended. I had terrible heartburn and was consuming antacids constantly, but nothing helped. After a nurse suggested trying digestive enzymes, I noticed an immediate difference. One capsule with each meal eliminated my heartburn and nearly all palpitations. I've used these for months without needing antacids, and I can eat anything, even bananas which I had to avoid. Taking enzymes is far better than antacids or other medications.
