Might have kept me from getting the flu

Both my toddlers got the flu while their dad was out of town. They had it for 8 days total and I took this religiously after a friend suggested it. I wish it weren't so expensive. However, in the case of trying to NOT get the flu while trying to take care of two sick toddlers full time, I would have paid quite a lot more. Good product, it was my first time using it, could have been happenstance that I didn't get the flu, but I'd say this didn't hurt my chances. I was literally in my house, holding, cuddling, wiping noses, bathing, ALL THE THINGS for my little flu children for 8 days... and I didn't get it, I didn't have the flu shot either. It's VERY tart/sour... but not terrible

Beware this product spikes blood sugar!

Contains Tapioca Fiber Syrup which causes a huge spike in blood sugar. The product label is misleading when it markets this as no sugar! Tapioca Fiber Syrup is actually worse than sugar when it comes to spiking blood sugar levels. My husband found out the hard way and I am furious at Garden of Life

Good product, but terrible spout design leads to waste and mess

The syrup itself is a 4 or 5 star product. For people who don't like the flavor, just add it to water for kids or sparkling water for adults. What merits the 2 star review, however, is the nonsensical design for the spout. It is a design that I've never seen before (clearly, because it's awful) which is a short tube in the middle of the bottle opening, suspended by three spokes. I am not sure why anyone thought this was a good idea because, without fail, the syrup drizzles down the neck of the bottle, if not the whole length of the bottle and creates a huge mess every time. Obviously, this is a waste of an expensive product. It is very frustrating. Go with Nature's Way Sambacus. I've gotten their syrup before and I've never had an issue like this

INGREDIENTS CHANGE/ PLASTIC BOTTLE

Was stocking up with subscription n save. When I finally needed to go to a new bottle..... They cheapened and went to plastic. Missing ingredients and lessened ingredient amounts. Water is also listed first for a cheaper diluted product. Cheaper changes same high price. Very disappointed

I loved this ! It's super small. Actually smaller then I was anticipating. My 2 year old loveeesss this! I'll be making my own but if I ever need anything urgent. I'll definitely be purchasing

Subscribe and save is not the same product

I have been buying this syrup for 6 years, and now I subscribed to have it delivered every 6 weeks. When I purchased it through the one time option, I would get the glass bottle, and now I received a plastic bottle, with a syrup that is definitely not the same. It is way more diluted and has grainy deposit in it. I am very disappointed, because I give this syrup to my kids every day, and they won't take this one. Sending it back, and cancelling subscription. I will be very sad if they actually changed the product, because the original one was very good
