Mornings are no longer a struggle
Mornings are no longer a struggle. I use to have a difficult time getting my young children to eat a decent breakfast. Either they weren't hungry yet or they didn't like what I had to offer. I now make them morning smoothies that they gulp down. Each smoothie contains 1 banana, 5 strawberries, 1/2 cup plains greek yogurt, 5 scoops of strawberry PediaSure and ice cold water. They don't enjoy the taste of the strawberry PediaSure alone with water or milk. Both say it's way too sweet. The smoothie helps balance that out.
