I don't know why anyone would spend this much money on an ounce of grain alcohol, distilled water, and a bit of cayenne pepper. That's a breakdown where almost 22 of the 28 grams of the ounce are grain alcohol. You have six grams left. Distilled water is the majority of these six grams. So let's say 4 of the remaining 6 grams are water. Now all you have left is 2 grams of cayenne. Do yourself a favor: grow your own cayenne from cayenne pepper plants indigenous to south TX or NM, or north Mexico. They grow fast, produce fruit quickly. Take your first five fresh peppers, remove the seeds (unless heat is your focus), turn them to roux with olive oil and high heat, drain. Add water or alcohol if your roux is too hot. Cost; on the high side of ten cents. Store leftovers
