Read More...This has worked wonders for regaining my sense of taste and smell! I lost it completely for about 2 weeks. I couldn't stand waiting to see if time would restore it, so I started looking for at home remedies. Within 3 doses (2oz water mixed with a full dropper) my senses have returned roughly 50%. It's bitter as the devil and taste is horrible, but the benefits greatly outweigh the bad taste in my opinion. (And yes, even though I could taste nothing else, I sure tasted this.) Read More...Tastes horrible although that's to be expected. I take it orally to keep my sinus's clear as suggested by a nutritionist. I used to also use it in a sinus rinse, but apparently it's also important to take it orally as well. I've always had sinus issues and i'll do anything to prevent sinus infections and I can tell you this definitely helps!!! I'd recommend it to anyone with sinus issues
