Crunching knees are no longer an issue! After taking curcumin for three weeks, I felt compelled to share my experience. It significantly alleviates the stiffness in my knees affected by gonoarthrosis and osteochondrosis. My lumbar region feels much better and the stiffness has vanished. I drink curcumin with omega after dinner, planning to continue this course for two months. I’m grateful for curcumin’s impact on my joints and its role in supporting the cardiovascular system and immunity.

Works wonders for us! I have psoriatic arthritis and take Humira weekly, which mostly controls it, although I've always had some minor aches managed by NSAIDs. After a friend's recommendation, I tried this and, within two days, my aches and pains vanished. My husband had Achilles tendinitis caused by a bone spur; after taking this for a couple of days, his dull pain disappeared as well. We're convinced!
