I tend to laugh at all the reviews slamming this product for its taste of all things. 1 star for taste? Really? There are very few products like this that contain no artificial sweeteners and other chemical additives. What I can say for sure though is there are absolutely no other products that work as well and are properly dosed like this one that also don't have artificial this and artificial that in it. This is a nice ore workout. It's expensive because it has quality ingredients measured as clinical doses by Dr Stoppani. Just try it, pretty sure Jim offers a money back guarantee so what do you have to lose

The best mix of supplements, and flavors with a kick

I've tried a few other preworkouts but they come across as too chalky (C4), or don't provide as good as results as the percentages of BCAA, Creatine, Beta Alanine. The real decision for me has been which flavor to go with. So here is my review along with order history because the flavors do get tweaked over the years. Go into the ratings below knowing I would take any of them over other company's products. Also I drink mostly water and tea, so this also acts as a flavor treat beverage. ## Flavor ratings by Purchase Date: Strawberry Kiwi | 9/22 | ââââ | Flavorful and a good mix of sweet and tart. Tangerine | 3/22 | ââ | Just not a very good flavor compared to the others. Pink Lemonade | 12/21 | âââ | Ok, not as tart. I think the flavor recipe might have changed. Pink Lemonade | 9/21 | ââââ | Pretty darn good. A little sweeter than I prefer. Black Cherry | 1/21 | âââ | Ok. Mild cherry flavor. I really enjoy cherry-flavored foods, I think this just tasted a little too synthetic. Tangerine | 12/20 | ââ | Not very good. Raspberry Lemonade | 7/20 | âââ | Smooth and easy to drink. The flavor profile was a little mixed for my liking

I use all the other flavors of pre jym which I love ………grape candy, fantastic. rainbow sherbet unreasonably delicious literally not fair to other pre workouts, like little elves came down from heaven just to dance on your tounge……but this island punch oh boy this island punch needs to stay on whatever island it came from and no one should ever visit….terrrriiibbllleee

Good Product – maybe a different flavor

The product works pretty good, but was different than other products I tried. At first I hated it. I was mixing it by the directions and I wasn't getting the jolt of energy that I was used to. I abandoned the directions for mixing. It could just be this flavor, but if you mix it with 16 oz of water you'll be choking it down. If you mix it with about 8 oz or less its pretty good....then drink another 8 oz of water right after. This product gives a better overall feel of energy and clarity during the workout. I feel like I can complete exhaust myself up to about an hour and 15 mins. There is no buzz for the next 4 hours, so even if I lift later in the evening I can still go to bed. I plan on trying a different flavor before a final verdict. Its a product that's worth trying

Transparent Ingredients

I have always been a fan of Jym products because of the transparency and efficacy of the ingredients. I know that the ingredients are backed up by more than just bro science. A lot of other brands will include important ingredients but they will be in proprietary blends or not at a sufficient dosage. Efficacy: 6g of citrulline malate is the gold standard for pump. It contains 2g of beta alanine (In clinical trials, supplementing with 1.6 grams of beta-alanine has been shown to increase levels of carnosine in muscles), plenty of caffeine for focus. 6g BCAAs is great (it's an expensive ingredient and why it's more expensive than some other pre workouts). Taste: The rainbow sherbet > strawberry pineapple >> grape. Some people have complained about the taste likely due to the fact it contains BCAAs, which can taste like soap when formulated poorly. The taste is really good in my opinion, especially knowing how much BCAAs are in it ** (the grape flavor doesn't taste very good)

Clean energy with a great pump that lasts. I can workout for two hours no problem.

Best pre workout I've ever had. I have been working out since my high school days and have tried many different pre workouts. Most don't exist anymore due to harsh ingredients that due harm over time. I was using another pre workout prior to this one and was having major urinary problems when I would take the supplement. I believe it was “ Mr.hyde” I stopped taking that immediately and did the switch to this and was amazed at how clean the energy was compared to almost all the preworkout i have tried. No more feeling like I was cracked out to the point of almost being dizzy and also no more crazy itch. Sorry for rambling on but just do yourself a favor and try this you won't regret it

Pre-jym is my go to

Pre-jym has been my go to since VPX changed their N.O. Shotgun formula. They're clear about ingredients with no proprietary blends and just the right amount of caffeine. I usually order Strawberry Kiwi which is by far the best flavor I've tried. Fruit Punch is gross to me and Black Cherry isn't bad but super sweet. Regardless they all work great and consistent

Great energy drink!

One scoop a day gives me a boost of energy throughout the work day. If you do the math, it's actually cheaper than buying one Bang per day
