What a deal on this can of pumpkin!! FYI - the label says you can make EIGHT PIES with this can!! WOW! I have started making my own dog food and pumpkin is like the super food for dogs. It contains tons of nutrients and should be an essential part of their diet. I've been buying cans at the grocery store and even tried purchasing some powder here on Amazon (it was a great alternative to spending money on cans at the store), but now I have found this humongous can of 100% pumpkin! So I can divide it up into 2 cups per bag and freeze it for whenever I need it, and I have saved a ton of money by buying this colossal can of pumpkin. Thanks Amazon

Pumpkin pie smoothies

I freeze cubes in ice trays then fill a bag with them for fast and convenient use. Canned pumpkin adds fiber but barely any calories so I love tossing a couple cubes of it frozen into a blender with some pumpkin pie spice and my favorite vanilla protein shake mix

That's a big can of pumpkin!

I'm sure you've had Libby's canned pumpkin in the past. This is the same thing, but about 4x as much pumpkin in one shot (the attached photo shows this can, a regular sized pumpkin--which is already larger than average--and then your very average 16oz can all for reference). If you are making several pumpkin pies for Thanksgiving, such as we are, then this may be a very convenient way of going about it. HOWEVER... It appears Nestle (the parent company) has decided that we Americans don't eat enough pumpkin throughout the year and would like to encourage us to fix that. This giant can of pumpkin comes with a recipe booklet (titled "Anytime Pumpkin") of all sorts of things you can make with pumpkin puree. I must say, I'm pleased as punch because I rather like pumpkin and would be happy to eat more of it, anyway. I admit I haven't tried any of them yet, because pies had already claimed the use of this can but looking through, I have to say that at least some of the ideas seemed quite appealing to me (others look just weird, but that's to be expected)

Pumpkin forever

This can makes a lot of pumpkin pies which are my grandson's favorite so I make up a batch all at once and freeze them. This product tends to be seasonal at my local store so I was glad I can get it anytime at Amazo

Dogs love it!

I buy canned pumpkin to add to my dogs' food. They love it. Additional fiber. Helps with digestive/bowel issues, and also is a great filler for dogs on a 'diet'. I always keep canned pumpkin around

Good product, too expensive

The pumpkin is good quality. I have used Libby's before. It was shipped in a timely manner. However the 3 stars is for I found the same can and size for a LOT less elsewhere. So I over paid for this one

a brand I will always trust. great price for the commercial can. using for dogs digestive problems and for dog weight loss to mix with dry kibble. they love it

Good buy

This was a great buy especially if you're a pumpkin love her. I found that most stores are out of the pumpkin pie purèe pumpkin pie pie mix not exactly sure why I don't know if it's due to Covid but if you can pick this up I would suggest it great price and when you open it all you have to do is refrigerate the rest which I put in 15 ounce containers because that's what most recipes call for and kept it in the fridg
