BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT!!
I needed to reorder this brand of CoQ10 supplements. My first order was at the price of $60.90 for 2 bottles in September 2019. I am very pleased with the results of these supplements. When I noticed this current offer of $14.98 per bottle, I decided to take advantage of the savings and I ordered two bottles. The only difference between the supplements was the less expensive has d-Limonene, which is pressed orange peel oil included with the Ubiquinol. The more expensive supplements has an acid complex to enhance maximum absorption included with the Ubinquinol. Which I brushed of as not being of any significant value. What piqued my interest was the price difference....and why was there such a difference in cost? I received the supplements. First thing I noticed the bottles were twice as large and heavy as the more expensive bottles of CoQ10 supplements. I immediately opened one of the bottles. The stench that permeated from the bottle was awful! The burgundy colored capsules were huge! I would choke on swallowing those horse pills. After checking the list of ingredients on this bottle I noticed the capsules include Rosemary and D-ALPHA TOCOPHEROL!! What is the purpose of Rosemary?? Tocopherol is Vitamin E. Since it does not say "Natural" next to the word, there's every possibility it is ACETATE! Lad produced Vitamin E. Medical reports have found Vitamin E to cause Vascular disease and Heart attacks. I realize there is probably very little d-alpha tocopherol in the Ubiquinol supplement. Still, why is it present. I'm hoping this review is helpful. Also, the Food and Drug Administration does not monitor supplements. So we are at the mercy of the companies who manufacture the supplements and what they chose to reveal on the list of ingredients
