The best way to get b vitamins

This is a great product and delivers great energy. Most say that it taste bad but they are doing it wrong. All you do is squeeze the packet inside your mouth and then chase it with water. It is quick and easy and besides that you have to take it on an empty stomach for 15 min while It gets through the gut. So adding it to smoothies or dumping it in a glass of water is the wrong way. All their products are great. The vitamin c is a must for coronavirus

Horrible taste, great product

This really does work. A little too good. I can work straight through lunch if I take this in the morning. It's very disgusting. But I hold my nose and take a shot with grapefruit juice and is not a bad. But it does stink and is gag worthy. But it's worth it. Actually makes me appreciate the vitamin c version. That's how bad it tastes

Plenty of energy

This stuff is full of greatness! The most bio available B Complex out there outside of the direct injections we sometimes have available at work. Tastes a bit funny, and a bit sweet, hard to describe! The feeling you get about 15 minutes later though blows any coffee away

Superb way to get B vitamins

I cannot say enough for this product! It is THE way to get B-vitamins effectively. The Lypo-Spheric method represents a giant step forward in supplement research and production.. This method is, I believe, as effective or very nearly as effective as injections. At first thought, one might not consider this product because of the price, but I am here to attest to its value. If you try is for one month, I believe you will be convinced that you are feeling much better

Great way to get B vitamins

Great way to get B vitamins. Has dramatically improved my recovery from exercise & racing. Both my husband I take one packet daily along with the Vit C version, Tumeric version, and Nano Greens. These packets don't taste great, so putting them in water and with something delicious like NanoGreens, which is also an incredible product, makes the whole experience yummy and health

I FEEL amazing for days after taking this! There IS a trick to taking it, I have found. Pour complete packet into the CENTER of a glass of OJ and CHUG. Do not stir. Do not drink. Throw it to the back of your throat and keep it moving. Of course it's not as bad as the Glutathione OMG don't get me started but oh how I love that stuff too. I have not had the B-Vitamin shots, but my friends have. We report the exact same results so I am sticking with this. More convenient and far less painful

BEWARE: CONTAINS CYANOCOBALAMIN

I asked the manufacturer three times for the actual amount of cyanocobalamin, as those of us with the gene defect cannot process it. After blowing me off for two weeks and three emails/chats, in the end they refused to tell me, claiming it was "propriety" information. What it is is the cheapest version of Vitamin B12. I also see soy in many of their products

Makes me Jittery, like coming down with flu, headache, raises blood pressure by 40/20 points

Love their vitamin C, been taking it for years and hardly ever catch a cough/cold/flu. Tried adding the B complex but it sometimes gives me that jittery too-much-caffeine feeling for hours after taking it, almost like I'm starting to get sick. It seems like there might be too much of one of the vitamins added mistakenly to some of the packets. Perhaps a bad batch? I do however get a boost of energy and wellbeing that seems to last. I've experienced these side effects before with B complex vitamins, so perhaps this is just a side effect I get for all B vitamins? Update: Heart has been pounding within an hour of taking this and I get a throbbing “high blood pressure” headache all day. Didn't make the connection to the product until I started taking it regularly. Checked blood pressure and it raised systolic by 40 points and diastolic by 20 points! Usually my blood pressure is very close to normal. Further research on the product shows they're using cheaper (and more side effect-prone) versions of some of the B vitamins. If you're getting side effects or headaches I'd recommend avoiding, could be dangerous for some with preexisting conditions. May try half a packet and see how that goes
