Headaches??… No problem!!
So, I just want to make this review in case someone is having the same problem. The first time I took the vitamin I was able to sleep better and I just felt healthier somehow (and I did not have any of the insane side effects I used to experience with the other versions of vit c), BUUUT... I GOT A TERRIBLLE ONE DAY LASTING HEADACHE, and I would get it every time I took the Vitamin. I thought about not using it anymore. Thanks to a comment here in amazon, I found out that some people are sensitive to the alcohol used as preservative in the formula, so they get bad headaches as side effect. Their suggestion was this... open the envelope, let it air for 15 minutes (I do 20) and then add the 1 or 2 ounces of water/juice and drink in one gulp. (It may stick a little bit to the container if you decide to squeeze it a cup to air, but I just move it veeeeeery carefully not to break de liposomes, just to make unstick, BUT DONT STIR IT). I testify I had no more headaches after it. Great product. Helped me get rid of some allergies

Authentic & Great
Originally I've tried these from a local juicery. They are sold by the individual packs at that place & thought of purchasing a full months worth. Definitely would save me some money in the long run. Its authentic. As many of you do, I read other reviews & was a bit skeptical but did some more web search & found they are authentic & so is the seller. About the product; I definitely see a slight change in body energy, along with skin vibrance. However, I like that fact that although those are two great reasons for taking this product, vitamin c (especially during this flu & covid season) I find that its important. Previously was taking emergenc-e packets but I find these are a total upgrade & not to mention more of a healthier choice. I've noticed they have other packets of different vitamins & might start trying other items in its line

Not as prescribed! It's a No for me
Not as prescribed got soy an alcohol in it it's not vegan an also I do not trust this brand. I brought it reading other misleading reviews and when I received this item 3 days ago on June 28, 2021 when I first taste it, it taste like car fuel ⛽ so I woke up the next day gave it another try I took one pack in the morning and when I came from my treatment I took another pack in the evening well to make a long story short was very sick feeling an kept having B.M's. So on today June 30 I try again in the morning ok I have had this time loose stool forming twice and naseua. This item is not for me because what I'm fighting for I'm going to get well and heal but not from some posien being sold on here. I'll go to the health food store in my area and get the real deal. The Research & Development of this product
Convenience of packets. Taste is a non-factor when you are treating a serious health concern....efficacy is everything! I used it, with Alpha-lipoic acid last Thanksgiving to help alleviate intense pain, from an abscessed tooth. In the morning pain was almost gone. Dentist who had done the x-ray before Thanksgiving could reluctantly believe that the abscessed tooth had healed but I had an x-ray to show that too! Vitamin C heals and this product is powerful to hasten that healing

Pleasantly surprised!
I started taking these and after three weeks or so, a stubborn wart that I had on my hand for more than a year, significantly decreased in size. Another smaller wart in the hand also became even smaller. I have continued taking this supplement almost every other day and these warts are now completely gone. I did not change anything else in my lifestyle and from my research it appears vitamin C does help with warts (which is also a virus) so I am thinking it did something. It is nice to see results in some way after taking a supplement and I have no reason to doubt this did not help. Definitely worth a try. I will probably continue taking this for a long time
