FYI-The initial description lists "10000Lux Therapy Light". As you read on this product is described as "6500 color temperature"-also not correct. The brief User Manual lists the four color temperatures as "3000K,4000K,5000K,6000K". Further confusion as "Luminance-11,000@10cm" is noted in the User Manual. Not a big deal, I guess, but if you are looking for a product to address health concerns it may be important to note

Read More...Lots of different settings that I'm sure will suit your needs. I live in Maine and it's been cold and the sun goes down at like 4:15 pm and doesn't come up again til like 5:30 am and it's been a wee bit depressing. This light helps me so much as far as just feeling a lot better emotionally and also it really helps if I'm getting tired at a ridiculous time (like at 4:30 pm) I can just run it for fifteen minutes or more if I want to and I have more energy again to stay up til a more reasonable time

This light is extremely bright, it def lights up and room is placed in. I typically plug it up and leave it plugged in while I move around just to brighten up and bring life to anything I'm doing. I love it. It does have several different settings and options for a timer as well. The timer is accurate. I don't use the other light settings
