I just have to say, this is the cutest, tiniest little thing ever. Even though I read the specs and saw the pictures of this pill box in people's hands, I told myself, "Well, these girls must have really tiny hands, because this box doesn't look that small" (no offense intended by the "tiny hands" reference...). Nope, it really is that little. (see pictures). $5.99 seems like a lot for something smaller than a bar of soap , although it's very well made, and the 2 dividers do come out to make one less-tiny compartment from 3 itty-bitty compartments. I also wish I had one of these when I was a girl (50 years ago), because it would have made a perfect suitcase for my Barbie doll. But...it's so adorable, I just have to keep it. Maybe I can put baby aspirin in it, or start a collection of seed beads. Or I could display it in my printer's tray with my other miniatures. All joking aside, I will definitely use it to carry a few (small, to be sure!) meds like aspirin, Dramamine, or Benadryl when I travel. It latches securely, yet my arthritic fingers can still open it. But I'm serious when I urge you to believe the reviews that mention how genuinely small this case is

Very nice pill box

My old pill case broke and I was looking for something slightly larger anyway. This little box appears to do the trick. Its casing feels rugged and not just some cheap plastic that'll break easily. The locking mechanism is fairly sturdy and I think with proper handling should last a long time. For its size, I think the box holds a fair amount of pills. How many it holds really depends on the different size of pills you're storing but I would say from an assortment of pill sizes, you can probably fit around 30-40 pills. The removable dividers are a nice touch and can probably fit a little more by taking them out. Overall I'm very satisfied with the products for its size, storage price and fair price point. I would buy another one again

Roomy little pill box!

I love this little pill box. It does more than enough of my Tylenol/probiotic/Excedrin that I like to have with me in my giant purse! It feels substantially made and the divider helps keep everything separate. There's only one tiny thing I wish this pull box had-some short of locking device or something to keep the latch from opening and letting things spill out, when I have it in my bag. Right now I just use a clear flat hair band to ensure it stays closed. If it had something to prevent it from being opened up if easily give 5 stars. Otherwise its great

Great for everyday use!

This is palm size, but hold a lot. It is two dividers, these can not be adjusted by size. The dividers can be removed though if you need a bigger area. My larger pills are Ibuprofen 800mg which is a pretty large pill itself and each compartment can fit 8 of those comfortably if stacked right. I just have these thrown in here because I was in a rush. The pills stay in their own compartment when closed and do not spill over to the other spots, mine are like this because I threw them in anywhere this morning

Great for everday or travel

I keep this in my purse at all times in case i forget to take my pills in the morning as back up. I also added some other things that never hurt to keep with you since it now no longer requires individual bottle. I have had this for over a month being tossed around my purse, and it has never accidentally opened and spill the contents. I use the daily pill thing normally and have tried taking them when i travel, but i frequently forget since my schedule is all out of sync and even then sometimes they open up and have my prescriptions are gone. Those will never travel with me and this pill case will! Feel like i may buy a second one just in case :

Falls apart right AFTER your return window closes

I had such high hopes for this product. It's the right size and shape, and with hard sides I thought it would hold up well. I was wrong. The clasp wore out very quickly, and the pin in the hinge is coming out, yet I can't seem to "nail" it back into place. Disappointing waste of money. I can only see this being useful if you don't intend to use it often (like if you plan to keep it in your travel bag for emergency meds only). It hasn't held up to daily use

Perfect!

I spent a LONG time trying to find a pill case for everyday use and this is perfect. I keep it in my purse, stocked with a few meds that I might need during the day (Advil, acid reflux pills, etc). It's a good size - I'm not constantly refilling it, but it's not too bulky. I think it might pop open if it were floating around a large bag, but I keep it in a smaller pocket so it doesn't get banged around much. Works great

Great design, OK quality

Look, for 5.99, this thing is fantastic. Great size, removable dividers, and rubber seal in a size just small enough to fit into whatever compartments your purse or bag has. That said, the build quality is what you'd expect. A little rough here and there, a little gap on the seal, not the sturdiest clasp... But good enough. It won't fall apart on you but I wouldn't throw it in water. It's exactly what I need, but I wish I could buy a better quality versio

small pill box I bought this pill box last month. The three compartments were just great for separating my pills and it actually is large enough to hold six pills in each space. Of course that depends on the size of the pill but mine are average size and did the job so that I would recommend it I am going to purchase another one in a different colo
