Miracle Crisps! Constipated no more!

I first heard about these biscuits from The Howard Stern Show on SiriusXM. The company as far as I know does not pay him to advertise. Even if they do I don't care! These apple crisps are amazing! I've suffered constipation for years. But it wasn't until I got sick from Shingles that I found out how great these crisps really are! I had to take medication daily for almost a month for the pain. I got severely constipated and that was almost as bad as the Shingles. I began to eat one pack (2 crisps) every morning and I've been normal ever since. Not missing a single day of evacuating my bowels! It's a miracle! I have lost 10-15 lbs in a month...and I'm not talking about losing fat or muscle. That's how constipated and backed up I was. I hope this review helps someone who needs it

These are just as delicious as Howard Stern says they are and like Howard, they have given me wonderful “full eliminations.” My doody has never been better! This flavor was not available in any of my local stores so I bought it on here. It does taste very similar, if not exactly the same, as the cinnamon flavor I can get in my local grocery store. Hot tip: crunch them up and put them in your yogurt with some fresh blueberries! BabaBooey to y'all

Whoa whoa whoa whoa stop the clock: the crackers are awesome.

I tried these out and holy hell the apple crisp ones are super delicious and give me a shot of fiber everyday that will make my colon benefit oh so much and get the poison out of my system. Being backed up in your intestines is not funny and it's not fun so let's keep it real because I'm keeping it real and acknowledge how important intestinal health is because so many people don't eat a good diet and just Rice and Shine with blueberries is not enough. Whether you're a bad cowboy, Darth Nihilus or just eat too much tikki tai main (sauce on side) these will be your new go-to breakfast treat. They're a tasty way to keep your guts feeling right and they're super convenient and portable so you can even take them to the Cipriani Restaurant at the Sherry Netherlands Hotel for lunch with the Giff! The crackers are only about two inches long and there's two in each packet and that makes out to four inches in total and four inches is fine! If you want a convenient way to maintain your colorectal situation, then you know what to do. You. Know. What. To. Do. Before I incorporated these into my diet I was like “please won't somebody in America help me!” and now I'm like “we're all superstars.” Bye for now and baba booey to y'all

Get ready to use some toilet paper.

I've been trying these for the last year on the advice of the king of all media Howard Stern his rantings about how his duty was coming out so smoothly tempted me to try metamucil the product my grandfather used. And boy oh boy my Grandpa would be surprised at how lovely these biscuits taste I can highly recommend metamucil biscuits in your yogurt at night time or in the morning. I prefer to eat mine at night for my sugary snack and in the morning it's smooth going. Thank you to Howard Stern for making me try something I never would have tried otherwise and thanks to metamucil for making my day just great

King of All media was right

Bought these on recommendation of Howard Stern and they are great and do their job . No need to go into detail , but if you are having issues or just want to be regular , skip the fiber gummies and go with these cracker

Biscuits that help you go!

I saw someone else eating these and asked what they were. I had just gone for a colonoscopy and found out I had diverticulosis. The doctor told me to take Psyllium husk daily which I have a different named organic brand I drink from my local store but supplement with these. These are the chocolate flavored. They also come in apple cinnamon and cinnamon. Don't expect these to be an Oreo. They are slightly grainy and crispy and stick to your teeth like glue so drink plenty of water and brush your teeth as soon as you can. I'm a dental hygienist and don't like that feeling! I've tried every flavor. Amazon has the cheapest price. If you don't want to invest in 4 boxes, go to a local store and try 1 box first to see if you like the flavor, but they'll probably be a few dollars more (I paid between $8.50 and $9.99 at Wegmans and Kinney drugs in NY) The benefits of these outweigh the cons. They taste good and help with digestion and elimination, if you know what I mean ;) If you are having an issue with constipation, colitis, diverticulosis, or other similar issues, I'd recommend trying them. They won't hurt you unless you have dietary restrictions from any of the ingredients. Check with your doctor if you have any concerns about ingesting these biscuits

Love these things!

I'm nearing 50 and my doctor said to get more fiber, so I now include a pack of these everyday. They're like a treat! Super tasty and keeps everything regular. I like the chocolate ones the best, but the apple is pretty yummy too

Fluffy doody.

These cookies give you a large fluffy doody in the AM. No pain no strain just sit and let the doody drain. ðŸ˜

Amazing

After struggling forever with bowel problems, a fight with diverticulitis and a hospital stay, I was sent home with antibiotics. Now what?! I was told “add more Fiber to your diet” with NO real direction. I researched and found this product. Two words …Life changing. I highly recommend this product and will use it on daily basis from this day forward. My only wish is that I had found it sooner

Howard Stern is right!

Howard Stern has been talking about these for a long time (they do not pay for advertising on his show). I gave in since I've always gone every 4 days. They do exactly what Stern says! On the 3rd day of eating them, I went potty, and from then on, it's been everyday ðŸ˜ƒ. Also, I do not have to sit, wait and strain anymore. They are definitely NOT sticky like one review said. They are dry, crunchy and very thin. Thank you KOA
