Helpful even in smaller doses. As a fibre product, this review may be TMI, but I'm not being dramatic when I say these changed my life. I've struggled with digestive issues for years, and I experienced constant severe bloating. I was ready to see a doctor when I decided to try these. I take one or two with a decent amount of water with every meal. It’s been nearly three months without one of those bouts, and my bloating has almost disappeared. The small amount I'm taking and increased water intake have truly transformed my situation.

I gave this to my cat, who suffers from severe diarrhoea. My vet suggested trying it, and I sprinkle the crushed tablets onto her food. Although she doesn't like the powder on her food, it has significantly improved the smell in my house, which is a relief!

This product changed my life. I struggled with diarrhoea for about a year until I could no longer eat for four days. I went to A&E, diagnosed with diverticulitis, and was advised to take fibre. Initially sceptical, I tried this product. Within 48 hours, I was eating normally, and my diarrhoea disappeared! I now take three capsules in the morning and have more energy.

The best product for digestion and bowel issues. After altering my diet and exercising more, adding Metamucil to my regimen was life-changing. I now have two formed bowel movements daily, and my stomach pains are practically gone. It has improved my mood and helped curb my overeating. Metamucil has truly transformed my life!
