Read More...After finally getting a complete physical and a colonoscopy, my doctor told me my only problem was that I wasn't getting enough fiber. So, I tried eating more fiber cereals every morning only to experience slight to heavy intestinal cramping later on in the day with a harsh desire to evacuate several times! Obviously, this is NOT fun nor convenient, so I decided to try these fiber capsules instead by simply taking 1 per day at dinner time. After a month later, I have found not only a very noticeable ease in evacuation every morning, but no cramping whatsoever and no desire whatsoever to go unexpectedly during the day....whew! All I can say about this product is that if you need more fiber in your diet without ANY negative side effects whatsoever, this is it!!
Read More...This product has very little fiber in it. It's a "brand Name" product that most everyone thinks is high in fiber however it is not. Taken as perscribed it provides less that 7% of your daily recommended fiber. Do a little research and you'll find a much better product to meet your needs
Read More...I have been suffering from hemorroids for many years. If I had one alcoholic drink, or certain veggies I would be in great pain and bleed for days since my twenties. After having 4 children my problem has only grown worse to the point I can't sit down in the evening. Hemorroid solutions suggest increasing your fiber intake but for me it made my problem worse. I have tried many products containg fiber and/or psyllium with little or no success. This also includes: increased water intake, creams, pills, icing, heat, dieting, witch hazel,food elminations, etc, you name it, I've tried it. This is the only product that has shrunk those bad boys and stopped the bleeding associated with it. It has improved my quality of life substantially. I only take 1 - 2 capsules a day (1 at night, 1 in the morning)and it has shrunk what no other medicine has. Ironically most people take this to soften stools, I don't take enough for that just enough to cure my pain. I don't understand the science behind this product or why this product specifically helps me but I don't care, it's magical and I'm grateful to have come across it. I hope this helps others who have suffered and are in the same situation I am in
