No more clogs

Great for breastfeeding mums. I have struggled with clogged milk ducts since my son was born 6 months ago. If you've had a plugged milk duct, you know how uncomfortable and painful it can be. I found Lecithin while researching ways to prevent this issue. Before taking it, I experienced clogged ducts every other day. Since starting Lecithin about two months ago, I've had no problems with clogged ducts. This product truly works.

Great for breastfeeding mums! This product effectively unclogged my milk ducts and was a godsend in avoiding mastitis. I didn’t take it with my first child and faced numerous issues. This time, by taking it daily, I faced no problems!

Stopped hair loss
Most Useful Review
This product truly makes a difference. I use it alongside my daily multivitamin. A few years ago, a health food store owner and registered nurse suggested it to me. Although I was successfully losing weight through exercise and a healthier diet, my hair became dry and brittle. After adding this to my regimen, I noticed a remarkable improvement in my hair within weeks. I no longer lose hair by the handful and have found that cheaper brands don't yield the same quality or results for me.

Helps with congestion
Most Useful Review
An absolute necessity for pumping or nursing mothers. Lecithin is fantastic in preventing clogs. I exclusively pump and take four in the morning and four at night. Interestingly, when I have a cold with chest and head congestion, it's easier to clear the mucus. I can't take Sudafed as it affects my milk production, but this really helps. Lecithin makes breast milk less sticky, perhaps that's why. Definitely recommend for lactating mothers!

Avoids headaches during use

I bought these capsules to supplement my choline while taking Piracetam. According to several anecdotal reports, they are essential to avoid headaches and fully experience Piracetam's benefits. I’ve missed taking these a few times and noticed headaches and minimal cognitive enhancement as a result. While there's limited experimental evidence, this product has been beneficial for my studies. I highly recommend it as a high-quality, cost-effective choline source for anyone self-experimenting.

Effective for heartburn
Most Useful Review
I drink butter coffee each morning due to sugar restrictions, but it often leads to heartburn. After reading that lecithin could help, I decided to try it. In my experience, it has been quite effective, especially with heartburn. This has allowed me to continue my butter coffee diet, which I'm pleased about.
