My child (6) has extreme insomnia and this helped so much, especially with his behavior. He used to throw fits like crazy, but since we started using this and he's gotten better sleep he's like a totally different kid. Read More...I am a 45 year old women and I have always had a problem with adult melatonin. Every time I have taken it it gives me really bad insomnia and horrible restless leg syndrome. I decided to try a children's melatonin. This stuff also gave me insomnia, though not nearly as bad as an adult melatonin does. But unfortunately this stuff gave me insomnia bad enough that I'm not sure I will continue using it. I might try halving a pill and trying that. If you are in adult who finds adult melatonin too strong for you then I would suggest trying this, however if you are extremely sensitive to over-the-counter sleep stuff like I am, then this probably will not work for you either. If that is the case then I highly suggest getting the children's melatonin from the brand Luna which you can fine here on Amazon. That one seems to work best for me and I've never had an issue with it
Read More...Can't say enough how important it is for kids to get their sleep. My child is down in about 45-60 mins from taking the pill. Easy to swallow and flavor is perfect to keep the pill in the mouth until it's completely dissolved. Be sure to have your child ready for bed prior to giving. There is no side effects or drowsiness the next day. This just works period. Highly recommend over the brand
