Nature Made Super B Energy Complex Softgels, 60 Count for Metabolic Healthâ€ (Packaging May Vary)

I was disappointed to receive this vitamin complex and see that it did not match the product description (I've posted a photo of my bottle next to the product description photo, so that you can note the differences). In the online description none of the vitamins exceed 100% of the daily value, this is important to me as certain vitamins taken in excess can cause damage to the liver and kidneys in particular. Vitamin B3 or Niacin is one of these. This is why I was so disappointed to find that in the bottle I received, every single vitamin exceeded the recommended daily dose, and one by 1000%! That is a ridiculously large amount. I would not recommend this vitamin complex because of the excessive vitamin content and the inaccurate product description. However the one positive would be the pill size, as it is reasonably small. However, seeing as I will be disposing of these, pill size isn't very consequential

Easy to swallow, trusted brand, great for energy

This is one of my favorite vitamin B complexes, and I consistently receive bottles with expiration dates a year or more away, so nothing ever goes to waste. While few B complexes carry the USP or GMP independent, third-party verified lab testing stamp, Nature Made is a brand whose non-complex vitamins almost always receive it, so I trust them. If, like me, you need a B complex that doesn't include a mega-dose of vitamin C, you can't go wrong with this one. The pills are small gel caps, roughly the size of a pencil eraser. I have always had difficulty swallowing pills, and these go down without a problem. They are also good at keeping up my energy throughout the day. In brief: Small, easy to swallow pill. Consistent expiration dates a year out so no waste, a third-party verified brand, and an excellent source of energy

Great full strength multiple B in one gel cap per day – no stomach pain

I had meningitis and encephalitis in December 2013. My red blood cell count has been down since then so I've tried various multiple B vitamins but they make my stomach sick. I started B shots last September and my headaches went away but the shots are a pain (literally) and expensive. I tried a sublingual but it only comes in B12. Tried some liquid multiple B but "GAG". Finally found these softgels. They are truly full strength so you only need one a day and it comes in 60 count so they last 2 months. I have not had any stomach issues although I do take them with a meal or a snack just in case

Sane amounts of Vitamin B. Easy to swallow, no side effects.

My doctor suggested that I take a B complex supplement but I didn't want to because I had a bad experience with one before. That one had something like 2000% of the RDA for most of the different B's and it made me really shaky. I found Nature Made Super B Complex Full Strength Softgels and they have 100% of the B vitamins I need. That is exactly what I wanted. I don't need 2000% of any vitamin or mineral. I just want to be sure I have enough B vitamins in my system on a daily basis. These little softgels are tiny and easy to swallow. They have no scent or flavor - unless you chew them which I do not recommend at all. I have no shakiness or any other side effects from them and they make me feel like I am covered if I am not eating enough foods with B vitamins in them. I am very happy with these and don't plan to change any time soon. My bloodwork is good and I feel fine. These do not upset my stomach even when I take them on an empty stomach. I could not ask for more and the price is good as well

Warning!! Check to make sure your vitamins aren't bad.

I always order this product. I love that it's a cap. However with my last order the capsules were all wrong. Wow!! This is something I would ingest. They are the wrong color, misshapen and hard. Expiration is Aug 2017 and the lot is 1178829. I'm happy I paid attention but I really worry about people who may have overlooked this. Amended: Customer service was great. In the image below the rust/orange color is the way they are supposed to look and the group on the right are the weird/off ones. I'm super concerned how this could have happened. I have contacted customer service and will come back to amend this review if I feel customer service handles this properly

Great for skin health and energy

This is the second time I purchased these vitamins, and they are fantastic! B vitamins are great for skin health and overall energy levels. I take one of these every AM, and I have never felt so amazing. Not everyone will see the same results when taking supplements. If you are not defficient in the supplement you are taking, you will not see any results. I have a horrible diet, so supplements have become essential to my overall health. Keep in mind that this supplement is water soluble, so it is very hard to overdose on these vitamins. It will make your pee darker due to the excess vitamin B in your system. I highly recommend trying these out for yourself

No Odor! Very Small; 100% multiB Dosage as Essentials

I don't know why I resist taking a multi-vitamin. I've taken One-a-Day Essentials off and on over the past couple of years. A few months ago, my blood work came back with very low levels of the Bs. So I hunted for odorless B vitamins at the store. No luck with a single pill but individual minis were easier to find. So I started a regimen of taking B6, B12, Folic - 4 pills. I never thought to check the dosage available in the single Essentials vitamins I had set aside. When I couldn't find my individual Bs at the store, I came online to Amazon & found these NatureMade Super B & a lot of positive reviews. So I ordered them along with my Essentials. I was amazed at how little these are. And how odorless. One reviewer noted when the bottle was opened, typical smell but not once you took the softgel out. I got up close & personal with the bottle & couldn't smell them at all. The pill was super easy to swallow and didn't stick halfway down like gel ones will do sometimes. Pretty happy experience. But since I had the bottles side by side, I compared the ingredients and dosage available in these little softgels and the One-a-day Essentials. The same for the Bs! Plus the Essentials incude some A and 100% of the C, D & E. Essentials are about 25% thicker than a regular round aspirin and pretty easy to swallow. However, if you only need the Bs - these are the ones to choose. They're smaller than the Essentials & mine were odorless

The BEST B Complex I have ever found!

I am so lucky to have found these and I always suggest them to friends and family. Normally vitamins, especially B vitamins, have a horrible taste, are too large, and make me feel so sick after taking them. That is not the case with these. They are so tiny, smooth, odorless and tasteless. I have no trouble swallowing them and I never taste them or feel sick afterwards. I take them religiously, which helps the issues I use them for a great deal. Highly recommend

Please Consider a different view

I could tell after the first two days that this form of liquid delivery is far superior to the hard tablets, for me at least. I have gut absorption issues so most of the caplets went down the toilet before I could get much value from taking them. So, a BIG THANK YOU to Nature Made for creating this tiny, easy to absorb & swallow energy "bullet". My ONLY complaint is that of the packaging! It was shipped to me in the same size bottle that hold 140 Super B caplets. When I opened the bottle and saw how few there were in the bottom, I felt ripped off. I PROMISE, if you package them in an appropriate size bottle (like the 100 pills of 30mg Zinc I also buy from you) it will be not only greatly appreciated, but also take up less space in my medicine cabinet. . . . and if you're willing to make this logical change, why not double the amount of soft gels as well??? Sounds good to me

The softgel is worth the price!

This B complex is exactly as advertised and what I've come to expect from Nature Madeâ€"nothing fancy, but it doesn't cost a fortune. Even as a softgel, it gives a significant burst of energy throughout the day, not just all at once. I had previously taken the tablet version, which is about half the price, but the softgel is definitely a lot easier to swallow and doesn't have that unpleasant "b vitamin" smell
