Has helped manage my IBS
I've been using these particular probiotics for about a year now and they are certainly helping to manage my IBS symptoms. I still have occasional bad days and have to eat with care, but they have made it so that I don't have pain every evening, as I did before I began taking them. These are a mild probiotic, in my opinion, because though they certainly help with digestion and regularity, they don't have me running to the bathroom. They taste good too, though the chewiness has varied by bottle, sometimes nice and soft, other times a bit tough

Yummy plus 4 Billion CFU! Dr approved!
These are not the only probiotics that I take. I have Lupus so I take them 2x a day. I love these because I can take them with some of my meds and they won't upset my stomach. I also love the flavor and texture (like a treat without the sugar coating that most of them have) and the fact that they have 20 calories...I have no appetite and any extra calories for me is a good thing

These have made a difference
I have had major digestive issues for years. I haven't been able to eat a meal without pain in a long time. I started taking 2 after my first meal of the day. They taste like swedish fish to me which I love so it is like a treat for me. These have made a huge improvement for me. Less urgency and less trips to the bathroom and significantly less belly pain. Expensive, but worth it to me

Not even a month?
You're supposed to take 2 a day but they only put 50 per bottle. So, you can't even get a full month from the thing. Also I think these probiotics did the opposite of what they were supposed to do

Increased energy
My energy has increased in a short time. Noticed did not have my afternoon need for coffee to wake up after a week of these. Only gave 4 stars for value since you take two a day but not enough in a bottle for a full month

Easy to take probiotics
Virtually expired
If you can read the date in the picture, these expire in June 2022 I ordered in May of 2022. They are quite hard, and seem stale but that could just be there usual consistency (never had these before so I can't say for sure but they seem stale). Not thrilled that they are expiring in less than a month and concerned about how/where they were stored that the expiration date is faded so badly
