More energy daily
Most Useful Review
Great for anaemia. I have struggled with anaemia for years. Iron pills have always upset my stomach, so I tried a multivitamin with a small iron amount. It caused minor discomfort, helping me a considerable amount. I feel less ill and more energetic when taking these daily. I recommend these, especially for those with chronic anaemia.

Dizziness vanished

Includes iron! I love these! I started these vitamins to address dizziness when standing up due to an iron deficiency, confirmed by blood tests. After a week, the dizziness ceased, and I've experienced no side effects. These worked wonderfully for me.

Successful flu season while taking Multi for her. I forgot to take it for 3 days and ended up with a sinus infection and bronchitis simultaneously. My doctor, who knows I frequently get sick, assured me that the vitamins were keeping me well!

Great results! The pill is larger than most, which may pose a challenge for those who struggle with swallowing pills. These multivitamins have significantly improved my daily lifestyle. I used to have many leg cramps, but since starting them, I haven’t had any.

No more outbreaks
Most Useful Review
I would recommend this supplement. The large pills are smooth and easy to swallow. After almost a month, I feel better with more energy and no acne outbreaks. I also had minor health issues that have disappeared. The only change has been adding these vitamins and combining them with calcium and magnesium.

Dizziness ceased
Most Useful Review
These vitamins are quite large, which might pose a problem for some. I started noticing dizziness and visual spots, confirming my iron deficiency through blood tests. After about a week of taking these pills, the dizziness has subsided. They work effectively for me without any side effects, so I am pleased with my decision.

Extreme nausea experienced
Most Useful Review
Nausea. I did not experience this issue with my previous multivitamins, but these made me feel extremely nauseous. I drink water and always eat with food; I’ll try again another day, hoping this won't recur, as I don’t wish to waste a $10 bottle.

Controversial Additives

I struggle to understand why a health-conscious company would add Yellow 6, Red 40, and Blue 1 to a vitamin. These dyes may have contaminants that are known cancer-causing substances, raising concerns about their safety.
