Decent taste, not too sweet
There are about 1 billion (ok, slight overstatement) of varieties of multi-vitamins on the market. Pill vs. Gummy, Men's vs Women's, Regular vs "Silver", etc. These are just one of your options, so why choose these? * Gummy form. Gummies will always taste better and be more "fun" than pill form and therefore more likely to be taken but almost always will be less potent. Plus if you take a variety of vitamins if they're all gummy versions they calories will start to add up. * Formulated for men. * Decently potent. For many of the included nutrients you're getting at least 100% of your daily recommended value. (Though again, with pill form you usually get much more. But is it necessary?) * Taste. Good as far as multi-vitamins go. There is still that common b-vitamin taste that so many vitamins have but these are geared towards energy and that means lots of b-vitamins. * Soft and not overly sweet. * Quality brand. Nature Made has been around for a while and is a reliable go-to brand for vitamins in my opinion. (Not always the cheapest but a safe bet.) * Has Biotin. Not a huge amount but as I learn more about this supplement, I'm happy it's been included. In the end, it comes down to "is this the right blend for me?" and "do I want gummies or pills?". If the answer is yes to both then these are definitely worth considering
