We observed an interesting case involving a 1-month-old infant with significant bruising and severe vitamin K deficiency. This deficiency led to spontaneous thymic hemorrhage, which was identified along with coagulopathy during medical evaluation.

The child had not received vitamin K prophylaxis at birth, which likely contributed to the outcomes we saw. Fortunately, after administering vitamin K, the coagulopathy improved. This case highlights the essential role of vitamin K in preventing serious bleeding issues in infants.

Good purchase! A great vitamin to take if you bruise easily. Just be advised that it is recommended to take a calcium vitamin alongside the K2.

To explore vitamin K2's effect on osteoporosis, we conducted a thorough analysis of nine studies involving 6,853 participants.

The findings suggest that vitamin K2 significantly improves bone mineral density (BMD) and reduces certain bone markers.

While there were increased adverse reactions, they were not serious. Overall, this suggests that vitamin K2 can be a beneficial and safe option for postmenopausal women managing osteoporosis.

Great product for anyone at risk of osteoporosis. My doctor advised me to take Vitamin K, stating it would aid my bones and prevent osteoporosis. After beginning Vitamin K, a scan showed my bones are healthy, and my doctor believes it's contributing positively. I highly recommend Vitamin K to those at risk for osteoporosis.
