In our exploration of treatment options for mastalgia, we focused on the effectiveness of evening primrose oil combined with vitamin E. Conducted at King George's Medical University, the study assessed 106 female patients suffering from breast pain.

We measured psychological status using the DASS-42 scale and pain using a visual analog scale. While topical NSAIDs showed a strong response rate, evening primrose oil and vitamin E had a notable effect in 6.98% of patients.

Overall, both treatments proved valuable, though we found no correlation between psychological conditions and pain severity.

Excellent! This Evening Primrose Oil has been a lovely discovery this summer. I've noticed a decrease in anxiety and mood swings during PMS, a relief given their usual presence. I take one capsule in the morning with vitamin D and another couple with magnesium in the evening. The discomfort during critical days has softened, and I truly feel more balanced and feminine. The female body is complex and requires support for harmony. I ordered evening primrose oil, along with Vitex and wild yam, to address severe chest pain irrespective of my cycle. This brand is the best Evening Primrose Oil for me. I have a hormonal imbalance, and this supplement significantly aids when hormonal acne flares up. Established a cycle the first time! All my life I had an irregular cycle, at least 32 days, sometimes even up to 40. I took capsules from the 1st to the 14th day of my cycle, three times daily.
