Then I read on the internet on a doctor's blog that you have to take 2 to 3 grams a day to really lower your blood pressure and then lower the dosage to maintain the lower BP). I will stay on the current dosage for a week then try to reduce the dosage and maintain the 125/85. I am a 68 year old male. Puritan also makes a 150 mg capsule that taking 900 mg three times a day produces the exact same result
