Hot flashes ended! I previously tried a mix of bioidentical progesterone cream, soy isoflavones, and red clover, which lessened my hot flashes by 50-60%, yet I still experienced night sweats. I discovered that the main ingredient in the cream was from wild yam and decided to try it in supplement form. I now feel completely hot flash-free! After a few weeks, it has proven effective. I take 2-3 pills daily, while still occasionally using the other remedies. Finally, relief!

Excellent help for IBS and my gastrointestinal tract. I began this supplement a month ago and it's worked wonders for my IBS with constipation that caused terrible gas and bloating. My doctor wouldn’t prescribe effective medication, but after combining this with a Slippery Elm supplement, my IBS is under control, and my bowel movements are regular without issues. I started taking this for painful periods seven years ago and later discovered it helps with ovarian cysts by supposedly dissolving them. I noticed effects within 30 minutes when taken for cyst pain, and it has eased various issues since then. It’s been a beneficial supplement throughout the years.

If you do nothing, please take the time to read the reviews. I wish I had found these products years ago. I suffered from debilitating periods and frequent discomfort, and endured nausea and headaches for days. Now, for two months, I’ve experienced no headaches from PMS or nauseated feelings. If my previous situation makes it through the year, I'll update. Please look into Dandelion, Evening Primrose, Red Clover, and consider a multi-collagen supplement.
