I've reviewed these before so here's my story again…

Five years years ago my hair would not grow past my shoulders what so ever, the ends were split and dry and my nails would peel and flake off like mica. No amount of hair treatments, oil, or products would fix this problem that I had been having since I finished puberty. I went to my doctor and asked if there was a medical problem and without doing any tests then he declared I needed calcium and recommend I take calcium to fix the problem... Two years I was on calcium and.... it did nothing... In those two years I was also diagnosed with PCOS which does impact hair and nail quality. Calcium... was not the answer. So I did some research and that led me to collagen. I tried a few different brands, the powder you put in drinks that taste like literal cat food and moldy fish, the liquid that does not taste much better and I eventually settled on this brand's tablets... I have been using these for three years straight and my hair is down to my middle back now, and my nails are long and strong. It took a good 6 months to really notice results but after those six months I swore I would never use a different product. My skin is also plumper and some finer lines around my eyes have filled in. I highly recommend this product because it WORKS. This product is perfect for people who cannot tolerate the powder collagen and can tolerate BIG pills. Please, try this product but give it a few months to work. It can't work overnight, it can't work in a week, you have to give it at least 4

A MUST HAVE!

First, I have bought this product/brand at Walmart, I liked it so much I ended up purchasing through Amazon but for more pill count and a few $ more. Secondly, the bottle I had bought from Amazon lasted me about two months and the third bottle is not even halfway. The pills are like horse pills, so be aware if you have problems taking those and I take 6 of them daily. It definitely does the job, no joint pain and most of all my nails/hair have been growing fast. Since they're supplements, they suppress your hunger and I usually take it every morning or when I wake up. They keep me looking and feeling young

Overall They Work …But unconsistent to find

They really work! It does take a few days to see any difference I say about 7 days if you take them as instructed. A few downsides: 1. They change their labels so many times which makes them hard to find 2. Make sure if you buy them at the store or online to check they have the same amount of dosage 3. They are very expensive compared to other supplements 4. hard to find in stores ...some stores that you MAY find them is at Walmart (which is the small bottle and very little dosage) and SAM's Clu

Took for joints, and now my skin and hair look great!

I've been getting compliments on how healthy my skin looks and how long my hair has gotten. Just today someone also told me my nails looked so healthy. It's all in the collagen, I swear! In fact, I only started taking this because of some joint injuries. The cosmetic benefits were just a great bonus. The fact that they're pills is also nice because I can't chug enough water to take the powder form

Amazing difference.

My wife has been using this for almost a year now and it's such a noticeable difference in both her skin and hair. She used to clean so much hair out of the drain when she got done showering. Now it's almost nothing. So crazy the difference, I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it myself. We are lifetime buyers at this point. I highly recommend it....so much so, I just started taking it myself. I'm not loosing my hair and I just turned 50 so I'm planning ahead.....it can't hurt, that's for sure

Works Wonders!

Amazing! I hate how many pills you need to take for a full dosage. I only take 2-4 a day. Most days only 2! The first time I took the recommended dosage made me have a bad headache. Less than two weeks after taking, I have gotten more compliments than I have in years. It's crazy y'all! I bought mine from SAMS Club

Take the 6 pills per day

I thought i supposed to take 1 pill per meal. When i read the label it says that i have to take 6 pills per day. I think is to much and the price is to hig

Muy buen producto

Yo lo tomo por que con el Paso del tiempo perdemos el colageno especialmente para la piel, pero este producto me a ayudado a mantener mas saludable mi cabello tambien he notado que se me cae menos, y me ha mejorado el dolor de rodillas, lo unico que no me gusta es que son 3 pastillas dos veses al dia me parese que son muchas, la verdad a mi se me olvida tomarmelas y casi siempre tomo 3 al dia , pero aun asi he notado buen resultado, muy buen product
