Everything you were told or are told about drinking water is true. When you are thirsty, it's too late. You strive to hydrate throughout the day (and night)...I have my Nuun water on top of my nightstand!...If I dont have to urinate intensely as I wake and walk to bathroom, I know I havent hydrated well before bed. I workout 2 times a day, 5 days a week, even get my weekend runs in. Even if you're sedentary, you still need your electrolytes!..Makes water replenishment fun, tasty, enjoyable, etc...I love the vitamin and immune it additives because we so often forget our diet and or pill supplements....pop one in water bottle, you are ready to go!...keep them handy in car,purse, glove box, first aid kit, camp gear, fannypack, etc...a true lifesaver
