I LOVE this stuff!

This stuff works great for me - I can't live without it! I have fatigue from autoimmune & thyroid issues and I could feel a difference almost immediately. Normally just doing housework is like climbing mount everest and I feel like crap afterwards. The first day I took this and did housework, I didn't have to keep stopping to rest and felt good at the end of the day. This stuff gives me much needed endurance - when I ran out for a few days I went back to feeling like crap again. Now I make sure to order in time so I don't run out - I love this stuff

One of the few supplements I can't go without. Delays fatigue during hard mountain bike efforts. I like the powder better than capsules because you can control the dose easier, also seems like a better value

The best

Mr Dawson misses the point and Mr Eisold is wrong. This is the best there is, the only Beta Alanine with Histidine in it. These two combine in the body to make Carnosine, the premier anti-aging amino acid. Yes, you can buy it but it is expensive and very poorly absorbed. The body does better at making it itself from these two. So, in addition to giving you a boost in energy it is also an anti-aging supplement

Game Changer

Wasn't really expecting much from this but did alot of research on this supplement. But wow is all I can say. I havnt experienced the tingly thing everyone seems to mention. I guess that just depends on the person. I can honestly say this allows me to work out longer with more reps since day 1 of tak8mg this product. I'm 45 years old and I was only able to workout for about a hour before this product. Now I'm easily working out for about 2 hours or more per session. It's definitely been a game changer for me personally. I highly recommend this product especially if your just starting out. Helps keep that burning away while you work out and it seems to help in between sets. Example: I can do a set of 12 arm curls or shoulder presses a couple of times then do a set of 15 or more afyer the fact. So it's definitely working for me personally. Hope this helps

I am fairly new to working out and I wish I would have known about this product sooner; it's amazing! When taken consistently, it really does help to fight muscle soreness. I don't take it exactly how it's suggested, but I do have it daily with my breakfast shakes, 30 minutes before going to the gym, and 30-60 minutes after the gym. If I don't work out, then I only have it in the morning. It blends very well in both a blender or shaker cup, but does not mix very well with water, nor taste good alone. Although, I choose the unflavored because it contains no artificial ingredients

Provides a heck of a pump and increases my stamina for prolonged weight training workouts. Takes a couple of weeks to get completely into your system, but once it is, it works wonderfully. You'll feel a tingling sensation in your head and possibly elsewhere, but you get used to it. Along with creatine and powdered protein supplements, this one is now part of my regular workout repertoire

Within a week I had more energy in my workouts, and more stamina. I am on my second container now and it helps me to push into the zone where, combined with my whey protein isolate i am very happy with my steady growth in muscle and strength

This is easy to scoop and really very tasteless. I take it regularly and don't experience any of the burning or tingling sensation that some do. Mixes into anything, and really helps you shine if you are doing long, protracted exercise. I ended up in a soccer tournament playing 4 hours straight (due to a loss in a double elim bracket). By the end, I still had energy to go strong while my entire team was fatigued. I definitely could not have done that the year before, even though i was in relatively the same shape. I can definitely tell Beta Alanine helps my muscles continue to stay strong during exercise. I also noticed my chest workouts were getting a lot easier toward the end, where i was usually lagging. I could push more reps and a higher weight during my finishing sets. Keep in mind it takes about 3-4 weeks to raise your carnosine enough to be noticeable. My dosage was 4.8g/day in 2 doses for 180lb male
