Very good product. This product brought my AC down from 6.3 to 5.8 in a few months. It may have been sooner, I don't know. I had blood work done 3 months after I begin using the product. I take one in the morning and one in the evening

Supposed to be the best quality cinnamon and organic. I originally bought some from Wegman's so i trust the brand. They seem to work in controlling blood sugar
